Frye took 103 shots out of the pick and pop no-dribble last year. He was in the 93rd percentile in makes.

It's his +/- that truly matters.

A's over Royals. Lester and experience will prove that he's worth the trade.

Tigers winning it all. Tigers are, imo, peaking at the right time.

-No Lebron.
-No Melo.
-We get a new stretch 4 via trade
-We match a max offer to Bledsoe
-We extend a max offer to Hayward and hope Utah doesn't match
-We may lose Tucker in the process.

We know we're out of the running for Lebron. No Melo.

The rest of the league will catch up and expect offer sheets to come in.

"Bumpy" means something bad though, right? No one likes a bumpy road.

Please have nothing to do with Goran.

Woww...I like Channing Frye a lot, but that contract is INSANE. I would have lived with a contract around $23/4 years at max....but 32...it is too much.
Well, Frye will be always a Sun for me, 5 years on the team.

Can someone explain to me why we're on board with this guys insider status? Misspelled phrase in the location, horrible grammar, poor writer, none of his old posts mention Orlando as a possible Frye destination, and he's always really vague with "information."

None of this seems legit.

I'll be happy if I'm wrong.

I don't know for sure but I believe he's correctly called out previous trades/signings of the team. There's a reason people buy it. I came in after him though so I just trust him because I'm gullible :)

crazy I know but I just don't like Monroe in our system. He's a horrid defender and a little over rated on o because he's useless outside of about 8 feet.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

I fell asleep for a few hours and missed quite a bit :)

It hurts to lose Frye. Of the 3 stretch 4's, he's going to make the most. It sounds like we offered the MLE to Hawes and he turned it down. After seeing this deal, I'm willing to bet McDonough already knew at the time of the Hawes deal that Frye had already been priced out.

It hurts losing him but the offseason isn't over yet. 4 years at 8 mil per, while NOT being a true contender? Why would we want to continue to be mediocre? Let's build our youth and move forward. This means we have a better chance at re-signing Markieff if he continues to grow next season.

Also, the fact that this deal came from out of NOWHERE, it proves anything can happen. I wouldn't be surprised if we end up signing or dealing for a player that we've never been tied to before.
