I don't hate Johnny Juzang as a minimum flier if we lose any of our shooting (Allen, Royce) in trade

Finney Smith - it seems might be going from the Lakers to the Rockets

That should open a spot for Royce perhaps on a veteran team

I think Allen will find a spot - Detroit

All just depends on how much cash the Suns have to take back. Allen and Royce combined are scheduled to count 27m-- -be happy if they get 40% of that back

The tweet was Shams saying Gillespie intends to return to PHX on a one-year deal. The tweet was deleted.

Well, that was expected and now we are a bit closer to go under the 2nd apron.

DFS leaving the Lakers gives them more money to offer Ayton. Up to the full MLE I believe.

IF Lebron were to leave LAL tho, I can really only see him trying to get to the Knicks. Would likely need to be a 3 team trade involving OG. Something like Lebron to NYK, OG+pieces to NO, Zion to LAL works in the trade machine.

We'd be further still had we not traded for Williams. He's probably on the injured list right now.

Reading up on our future pick situation. Hypothetically we could get the #2 pick next year (2026) as long as Washington is picking #1?

I just hope the Suns had plans in place for Martin, Richards, O'Neale and Allen BEFORE trading for Williams

Williams isn't worth being a second apron team or stretching/waiving beal for ...

Martin, Richards and Micic would have been $22m to get them under an apron level

Richards + Martin are only 13.7 -- so still 3m from that first apron

Based off the past history. Probably not. They don’t get the benefit of doubt at this point. It’s up to this FO to earn that trust.

I suspect they're going to explore all available options, but you never know with Ishiba. Martin is gone, so that helps a bit. I'm indifferent on Richards but wouldn't be upset if they send him packing for a couple picks. I'd rather see O'Neale out than Allen, but time will tell where we go on those two. If we don't move either one, that's just as well for me.

I think realgm has more information. To my understanding, WAS receives better of WAS/PHX. MEM receives the better of MEM and the remainder of WAS/PHX. CHA receives the remainder of that, with nothing coming back to us.

In short, 2026 is gone.

Mike Curtis: The #Mavs are expected to come to an agreement with former All-Star guard D’Angelo Russell on a two-year contract, a person familiar with the process confirmed. Free agency opens at 5 p.m. CT. –
