Then we should sign Jason Collins since we need a center. The Morris twins can hold down Goron while Jason rams Zoran in the ass. Force Goron to watch that ****

I do not mind Dragic's representatives telling the Suns he wants out. Being honest now is better than not giving the Suns a clear answer and then the Suns run the risk of losing him for nothing in the offseason. I have been saying for weeks I think he is leaving no matter what. That is why I repeatedly said to trade him. He kept on getting quoted saying he is having a difficult time playing off the ball and defending shooting guards. It took its toll on him. He has done nothing more than what many other players in this league have done before. It is not like when Kobe Bryant went on Stephen A. Smith's show in 2007 during the offseason and said on the air he wants the Lakers to trade him. Now that was a shocking thing to do. Dragic's agent said look, he is not coming back, he is interested in signing long term with any of these 8 teams, get the best deal you can from one of them and trade him. Okay fine. This is a business. Dragic wants to get paid. He wants to be the man. Just like 99.9 percent of other athletes in the world. They have an inflated view of themselves. Money equals respect in this league. He wants the respect. The only truly dumb thing the Suns did imo was sign his brother. That was completely pointless. I knew from the second the Suns signed him that he would never get off the bench. All Suns fans can do now is hope McDonough can work the phones and get the best deal possible which I am confident he will do.

Ill tell you what were thinking of. Our biggest grief is trading for him while losing out on our top 5 pick. People are saying that Mitch would want our pick to be top 10 extended which I find difficult if not impossible for the suns to agree on. At the end of the day it will come down to who flinches first imo. Are the Suns ready for Dragic to leave or will they take something for him. on our side is will Mitch gamble on getting Dragic and losing out on our pick or will we just wait until free agency. Personally I would rathe wait until FA to offer him money.

I can't imagine any scenario where we would trade Dragic to you guys and change the protection on the pick to top 10 protected.

Any team that trades for Dragic certainly would want to know whether he's willing to sign with them this summer before doing a deal, as the prospect of giving up the necessary assets only to lose him in the summertime is certainly not tenable. Dragic, who is represented by BDA Sports Management, would strongly prefer to play for a playoff contender.

A couple things about Kerssed's insider's story aren't adding up for me.

If everyone involved had known for a while that Dragic wanted out, why would the agent wait until less than 48 hours before the deadline to give us a list of teams? Since Dragic doesn't have to sign off on a trade, we could have pulled the trigger before this meeting ever happened. It doesn't make sense for them to wait this long to give us a list.

Also, since leaking the list obviously makes a trade more difficult, why would Dragic and/or his agent want that? It would increase the likelihood that we don't find a good trade and just stick with him for the rest of the season, which is the worst possible option for Dragic at this point.

I have a feeling Kanter is going to be involved in this if we can't get DMo.

LOL. Right???

We trade our best player AND give the Lakers more protection on their pick???? LOL.

I'm going to laugh so hard if Swaggy P gets the Lakers in 5th place and the lottery balls drop them to 6th.
