He's playing just 32 minutes per game, so his foul averages aren't showing any allstar treatment to be honest

How would his minutes reflect the fouls he gets away with making? He could foul seven different players in ten minutes, and not be called for one of them, because he is an allstar, and the league lets it go, so their products stay on the court.

I'm watching this Cavs-Warriors game and and their ball movement and play and it almost looks like their playing a different sport than the Suns.
