I'd prefer to give Len a full season of coming off the bench, keeping him healthy for 82 games and just have him crush opposing benches. Will be great for his confidence and development.

Get a full season out of Tyson and if Len can prove his durability over a whole 82 game season, we can talk about the changing of the guard next offseason. No need to rush it at all, while Tyson is still a capable starter and Len is still learning.
