Price plays hard but he is not even a good defender. He has a negative defensive box plus minus in every single season of his entire 10 year career. That means in no season has his team defended better when he was on the court.

That's the thing he doesn't even defend smart. He just pressures constantly, which is okay if you're guarding a weak ball handler or for a change of pace, but he does it against guys who can't shoot and are strong drivers. This is just insanity frankly. Hornacek this year could not be worse.

I'll never understand this.
We draft super offensive players (Warren&Booker) but everytime they make a mistake on defense, they're relegated to the bench.

This is very sad to see. If you draft them, let'em play. Especially now with our season already over.
But I suspect someone is trying to get his 100 win.

I knew it all along. Hornacek hates rookies. No wonder Goodwin has not played in three seasons. Makes sense now why Warren barely played last year. This coach is a disgrace. He might be a nice person and be a former great player/fan favorite, but his coaching is a disaster.
