I just placed my last 175 on betmgm on the Suns ML to win nearly 400. If I’m going down with the ship, well it’s been a privilege folks. See you on the other side.

That's kinda surprising...it looked pretty bad. Good news unless it still hurts and he could make it worse.

After all, he probably single handedly won us like 5 games this season.

This seems geared towards Booker specifically. It’s crazy how each year he cries and cries more to the refs. Other teams fans used to say this and I used to think it was just them talking smack but it’s actually true. Book many times doesn’t even try to score, he’s just flailing out there to get a call.

He’s doing what we all think players like Luka/Harden are doing.

I’m glad someone well respected like Al McCoy is calling him and the rest of the Suns out for it.

Yeah, they are not going to change their minds, and if they think this helps for future calls, it doesn't...it just makes it worse. Those that respect the calls..maybe shake their heads but don't yell at them, etc...it's certainly not going to endear you to them. I notice Luka is at least cordial to them before the game and stuff..only noticed it once but hadn't really seen that.

Why did you bet the money line if you usually are spot on with your predictions and think we will lose by a small margin?

SunsRback4Good wrote:This will likely be a much closer game but in the end the Twolves will be victorious winning by a small margin. After the game everyone will despise Eubanks, Gordon, & Booker even more. I’m normally spot on on my predictions.

Though if we are the underdog, which I imagine we are, moneyline might be a good bet to get the odds. We still, by all accounts, are the worst matchup for them, beat them 3x this season, and they beat us in game 1. So we may turn things around. We just have to crash the boards.

If we can keep rebounding close it will come down to shooting. The one thing that sucks about Edwards is that we don't have a good rim protector and he is one of the best at taking it downhill to the rim.

Mainly because I’m having a bad couple week in betting and just decided to place my remaining money on suns to win. If I lose I’ll take 2-3 months off from betting. I’m feeling a bit better now knowing that Grayson Allen is going to play I assumed he’d be out for 1-2 games. Hopefully, he can provide an offensive spark anywhere between 8-12 points would be awesome.

Tom Leander just mentioned that ONLY 8 teams have won a playoff series after losing game one by 25+ points.

Drew Eubanks Impact

3rd Quarter 3:44: Eubanks enters the game

Couple minutes earlier KD cuts the game to 5. It was still anyones game midway through the 3rd. Suns were 1 run to take the lead.

Eubanks checks in with 3:44 left for Nurk. Suns down 68-78.

Booker missed layup

Gobert offensive rebound and fouled. Makes 1 freethrows

Eubanks misses an easy alley oop

Edwards hits jumper

Gordon miss 3

Edwards jumper again

Booker free throws

Booker miss jumper

Edwards hits 3

Eubanks turnover

Edwards another 3

Booker free throws

Alexander Walker 3

In under 4 minutes with Eubanks in the Suns go from down 10 to down 20. Game over.

14-4 run with Eubanks in the game for 3:44

Eubanks literally brings nothing. He had a terrible turnover and also missed an easy lob. That is 4 possible points. On defense he doesn’t being anything to the table.

But stats don’t begin to tell the story. He totally screws up the offense. Teams know he isn’t a threat at all. He also takes forever to make decisions on the short roll. Basically meaning even if teams double KD/Book it doesn’t matter because Eubanks takes so long to make a decision that the defense can easily recover.

Suns basically lost the game in those 3:44 of Eubanks.

This is getting ridiculous. At least with Thad we can actually run a good offense. At least Thad is a good passer in the short roll and can actually score. Eubanks just devastates our offense and makes it 4 versus 5.

Play Thad at Center 8-10 minutes a game

Play KD at Center when Gobert rests for 5-8 minutes

Play Nurk 30-32 minutes

That should cover all the center minutes

Minus 4.8 Net Rating in the regular season with Eubanks on the court

Plus 6.6 with Eubanks on the bench

So basically the Suns are 11.4 points per game better with Eubanks OFF the court

- from reddit

It’s amazing how dumbass Vogel plays this guy every single game. Suns are playing with an active handicap anytime he’s on the court.

8-0 start for the Wolves. Suns have discovered a lot of counter-adjustments during this timeout. Vogel has em right where he wants em.
