I'd prefer Bosh if it were up to me.

Eric Bledsoe/Tyler Ennis
Goran Dragic/Archie Goodwin
Lebron James/TJ Warren
Chris Bosh/Markieff Morris
Miles Plumlee/Alex Len

That is a damn good lineup, one that would carry us very far indeed.

I created a poll in another thread to see who the majority would want to join LeBron if he wanted another star. Check it out.

After reading through more information and lack of communications regarding what's happening with Bosh, Wade and Riley, about Lebron.
And Rockets being quiet about Melo and any incoming FAs as well as retaining their own FAs.

Two scenarios.

1. He will sign 2 year contract at MAX with player option after 1st year with Heat.

2. Rockets sign Lebron, after they trade Lin for cap space etc.

Why rockets?
They have matchup well with Spurs and with Lebron they matchup well with any one else.

Beverly
Harden
Lebron
Jones
Howard
With a bunch of 3D guys.
I've read and heard several times (I can't remember where) that LeBron can't stand Howard. I might have heard it on some local sports radio shows, or read it on here.

Has anyone else heard about LeBron not liking Howard?

Lebron ''rental' James... I don't want him unless it's for 3 locked up.

Markieff and Len would probs be gone in that scenario, if my math is right. Still, use that smaller above the cap mid-level thing and get a backup big, re-sign PJ, bring Jesus Shuttlesworth over for the minimum and baby, you've got a stew goin'!

The simple thought that the Suns are among the few teams Lebron may actually be considering and that we have the capability of literally telling him he can bring one of his buddies along with him while keeping Dragic/Bledsoe is outstanding.

Please for the love of god and everything basketball related gives the Suns a little good fortunate for once.

HEY, no more talking about your erections here. It's prohibited! :wavefinger: :-D

I think only one of them would need to be gone or both if we wanted to keep Green. Could probably get best assets for Len and Kieff though, so maybe keep Green and pick up picks with the others....but Kieff would be hard to give up....that backup guard spot would be important though and Green would be nice with LeBron and alley oops.

That's why I'm not getting my hopes up. But as each day goes by, it seems we have a fighting chance.

Agreed. Even if he doesn't sign, I'm excited as F to see this young team take to the court again, with or without the King.

The Heat are somewhat hampered by the fact that their own marquee free agents -- James, Bosh and Dwyane Wade -- are not locked in to deals, but sources told ESPN.com that Miami has aggressively pursued cost-effective shooters such as Anthony Morrow and Alan Anderson to come to South Beach, along with Los Angeles Lakers center Pau Gasol.

Except no one is signing for cheap unless they know Lebron is resigning. If we see Gasol sign with Miami for $5m, then we know Lebron staying a Heat.

It would help if Bosh took something starting around 17-18m...

Bledsoe-Ennis
Dragic-Green
Tucker-LBJ
LBJ-Bosh
Bosh-Plumlee

crazy talk. who cares if it's a rental. the suns would have a championship window for the next two years if he signed for 2.

the suns would be considered a more desirable destination going forward, and perception is reality.

Not really...

Because it will mean, Suns use up 35 Million of their salary cap retaining their 2013-2014 team...

Unless last seasons rookies explode...

I think one of the best selling points the suns FO has done is make this professional. No circus, no glamorous wooing, just laying down the facts. That car salesman approach that Chicago, lakers, Dallas, and Houston has done may work against them.

NVM. I just saw WT reporting that Lakers did extend a max offer to Melo.

Melo and Kobe on the same team equals a hot mess!
