By summertime, the Miami Heat are going to be pretty desperate for KD! And it just so happens that since they'll be keeping their pick this year along with GSs' 1st too, they'll have enticing picks to offer to replace value if they're unwilling to give up Ware in a KD trade!

We could still do something like:
KD for Rozier/ Robinson/ Jovic/ Jacquez/ MIA 25' 1st ( 11th pick), GS 25' 1st ( 22nd pick)/ MIA 29' 1st. Again, not premium value, but still fairly solid none the less. And if Beal gets moved to Orlando for maybe Isaac/ Bidatze/ Harris/ Josephs.

Now you'd have a lineup of:

Booker Allen/ Dunn/ Isaac/ Richards.
Rozier/ Robinson/ O'neale/ Bol Bol/ Bidatze.
Josephs/ Jacquez/ CMB / Ighodaro/ Raynaud.

11- CMB ( Colin Murray Boyles). SF/ PF
- Draymond Green/ Jimmy Butler/ Charles Barkley archetype.

22- Rasheer Fleming. PF/C
WCJr/ Antonio McDyess/ Dale Davis archetype.

29- Maxime Raynaud. PF/C
Pau Gasol/ more skilled not as physical Sengun archetype.

55- Kobe Brea or John Tonje. SG
Brea- Klay Thompson, Tonje- Devin Booker archetype.

Reeves would absolutely have to be a mandatory inclusion in any KD to flaker5s trade.......(vomit profusely)!
And I wouldn't take anything less than Hachimura/ Finney Smith/ Reeves/ Knecht/ LAL 25' 2nd/ LAL 31' 1st. And that's the baslin I'd accept as it'd gut their depth and likely hardcap them as a bonus!

Reaves will NOT average those stats outside the Lakers.

Anyone with a brain can see he gets favourable calls that NO ONE, bar superstars, get. All because he wears purple and gold.
Reaves is closer to a 18ppg 4apg 4rpg type player, which is good, but not a SUPERSTAR like those biased very low volume games based stats.

I'm not looking for him.to be a superstar though man! Just good enough to replace Allen so we could trade him for Bidatze more easily. Or maybe keep Allen and trade Reeves for Bidatze/ De Silva or Bidatze and picks??

Prefer to have a 3rd team to take him and give Suns more picks.

IF Ishbia hadn't given away all of our picks, cap space, etc, I'd absolutely trade pretty much all of our assets for Zion to be our guy, including Booker! And not that I don't love Booker's loyalty to the franchise, and Booker is surely a star player too. But Zion is just on a whole other tier as an MVP level talent and true franchise 1A option. extremely athletic, strong, physical, unstoppable! All things this team sorely lacks.

IF wee did trade KD and Booker soon, accepting the inevitable reality of a rebuild, I'd package some of the young players (not all though) that we'd get back in a KD and Booker trade and around 4-maybe even 5 1sts in a package for Zion! as that's likely what It'd cost to get him in a trade. I just get a "Barkley type resurgence finals type run vibe from the idea of adding him maybe not in the first year of adding him, but definitely within the first 3-4 yrs maybe even 2-3 if built out correctly with lanky defensive wings, rally good shooters/ floor spacrs, and a versatile floor spacing 3 & D center option.

And if there was any mechanism to acquire Zion without giving up Booker, then that'd be a top 5 lethal duo in the NBA. :D

BW always gets on me about bringing up Zion. Be careful

For sure a controversial topic for some man! But given our current outlook projection, Zion would be a godsend outcome for our franchise. I'd also love to possibly trade KD if not to one of OKC, Houston or Detroit?? to Orlando for Suggs/ Isaac/ Bidatze/ De Silva and picks! Not premium value by most people's standards, but still very solid if keeping Booker in a reload scenario. :D

I've been a, massive Zion fan for years. I've wanted us to buy low on him forever.

Zion is just Derek Coleman 2.0. Both massive talents. Both never reached their potential. Both should be HOFers. Both will never be HOFers. FULL pass on Coleman 2.0.

If you don’t know who Derek Coleman is. He’s basically a clone of Zion. Injuries and Attitude derailed his career. Could have been the greatest PF ever but again poor attitude and injuries. Clone of Zion.
I am such a lucky NBA fan. 8647 My favorite team went from the most greedy and racist owner to the most ego driven dumbass owner in all of sports fdt.

Only a fan of Arizona teams!

Dude.

I promoted us going after both of those dudes multiple times. I got mocked and laughed at for it. Unfortunately we need to buy low on guys in order to get an elite player.

Alot of posters here don't realize this and don't get guys can have down years. That's when you strike.

Love you Frank.

FTR, tapioca pudding is good and I would eat it-especially mixed with ice cream. I also, have watched Matlock many, many times. Since you're here and feel like talking, perhaps you have an opinion on Zion?

He's currently hitting a career highs in assists, steals, boards, and blocks. He's been a complete tour de force since coming back. My personal opinion is he's playing this way to help build up his value and make teams actually WANT to get him this summer. If the Pels win the lotto-or even get in the top 3 I think they move him for the best return they can get.

On paper, he's the perfect PF to put nxt to Booker(or KD). His value is low enough still that we can get him for not even remotely what he is worth. Health issues aside, I think he needs a change in scenery.

Heat struggling, Knicks struggling, Dallas struggling, Lakers struggling, just more teams that'll be more aggressively in on KD this summer! Keep this trend going!

And we can enjoy a bidding war possibly.

Yeah! We all remember this!
This was before came strutting in trying to make splashy big moves and broke up a really good young core that only recently had made the finals and was two games short of their first ever championship!

That's my guess for our KD team. He can get a title there and just score, not lead. Also what NBA player doesn't want to play in Miami?

Ware
Rozier
Robinson

For KD. Probably we can switch 1sts too. Ours is that CLV pick and will be in the high 20s and there's will likely be around 12 or so.

Return to Phoenix Suns
