Saw this on Youtube. Trade would be Nic Claxton, Keldon Johnson, 2025 and 2027 1st round picks owned by Hawks to Suns. Devin Vassell and 2029 1st round pick to Nets. Kevin Durant to Spurs.

I think I would ask for 3 1st's for KD. I like this deal for Suns as Claxton would fit in well. if only we could get Cam Johnson back as well I would give up Allen.

An interesting consideration if the KD to the Grizzlies for Morant discussion was on the table? If the Grizzlies were actually willing to do that deal, would you guys prefer to keep Morant and see how things go with him next to Booker? Would Memphis actually add any picks? It'd have to be something like:

KD for Morant/ GG Jackson/ Huff for salary matching purposes. Or would you look to flip him to another team like:

Houston.
Morant for D Brooks/ J Smith Jr/ Whitmore/ PHX 25' 1st/ PHX 27' 1st/ PHX 29' 1st (pick swap- PHX 29 1st for CLE 29' 1st).

Atlanta.
Morant/ Allen for Tre Young/ 22nd pick (via LAL).

Brooklyn.
Morant/ O'neale for Cam Johnson/ Nik Claxton/ 8th pick/ BRK 26' 1st/ 28' ATL 2nd/ 28' MEM 2nd.

OR

Morant for Cam Johnson/ Nik Claxton/ 19th pick, 26th pick/ 27th pick/ BRK 26' 1st.

Don't really like or want Keldon Johnson, as he's struggled lately and is basically a more physical but worse defensive version of O'neale/ Okogie that can't really shoot well. I'd only be interested if we had a trade lined up for him to another team. But I'm just not sure anyone would value him?

Overall I'd probably still do it, but would push really hard for it to be Barnes instead of Johnson!

I like that trade. But yes Barnes over Keldon and one more pick

Suns will likely just keep the trio and swap out role players.

Other teams will simply low ball the suns in all trade scenarios

I agree. We expect a haul for KD but in all honesty he won’t get us anything that will help us ! Maybe one high ceiling player, a scrub, and a draft pick at best

I like Claxton and Keldon but I think I'd prefer someone younger with more upside like the Houston trio (Tari/Jabari/Cam)

Things are such a mess that shows like PHNX have to talk about wildly unrealistic trade scenarios that will never happen.

That and the show has just kind of been garbage with Lindsay getting fired & Saul no longer being a regular it's not the same show anymore.

Haven't listened since Lindsay was let go and while I enjoy Gerald, he just isn't enough for me to tune in and have to listen to the other dudes.
