Quit **** bitching. You guys act like that pick was unprotected. It will be a 6th pick at the absolute best, and that probably won't happen.

So in essence we traded Dragic x2, Thomas, Plumlee, Ennis and the Lakers pick for Knight, a bunch of trash and 3 picks which will more than likely be worse than the Lakers pick...We got screwed.

See how easy it is to make a trade look better or worse when you involve other assets that were not involved in the trade..

Moving IT and Dragic was fine, we should have stopped after those two trades.

Suns FO and coaching staff wouldn't have been able to sleep knowing that there's only one PG on the roster instead of 2 starting.

We need to stop acting like Zoran Dragic and Miles Plumlee were anything of value to our team and that the Lakers pick is unprotected. Goran also killed our leverage. At least we got some picks and a good player in Knight. Sounds like some of you were expecting Kevin Love again. Stop being idiots, just stop.

Ugh...this board has become toxic to suns fans. So much hate all-around. We hate the players/coach/FO/ and even eachother. Its become intolerable.

As a whole we are not fans....we are now super-critics who challenge everyone and everything that is a part of the suns.

It sucks. If we are winning we arent winning enough...if we are drafting, we arent drafting Lebron...if we are rebuilding, we arent rebuilding well enough...if we are trading, we arent WINNING every trade....and if we are signing FA's, we arent getting a superstar.

Rosters always look bad, until they look good.

It usually changes suddenly on the back of 1 or 2 moves.

All these smaller events probably don't matter too much in the grand scheme.

Games, genius. We were winning games and slotted to be in the playoff, but that wasn't good enough. We were forced to make trades to get rid of a toxic locker-room dynamic and everyone is bitching we didn't get enough. Everybody wants to count our team out of contention because we lack a superstar, but we forget that what makes sports fun is the fact that things change during the playoff and teams can get hot and make a run.

It isn't even a championship or bust mentality, it's a championship on paper or bust mentality. Even then, if we actually had a championship roster on paper, we'd probably be bitching that we aren't steamrolling teams by 20 points and that we aren't on pace to win 82 games anymore because we lost.
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Yeah wasn't expecting K Love

I already said I was fine with the first 2 trades, the Knight trade was dumb and is the one I hate

We've lost 5 straight and taken a dramatic step back from last year. Nobody cares about winning games to remain mediocre, it's playoffs or bust.

I'm not saying we're in terrible shape, we have one of the youngest rosters in the league & young pieces like Len, Knight, Goodwin etc. I don't even care that we lose or suck, I'm glad they finally came to their senses and are playing Goodwin and Warren. But let's not pretend like we're the Warriors or some other team which has tons to be happy about. The trades made lately may not seem great to everyone, you have to accept that.

Fans have right to bitch & moan even if their team won a title. Do you know how many Mavs fans complained and some even stopped supporting them in 2013 when they missed playoffs AFTER winning the title in 2011? They were pissed that title team was broken up. But if fans like that can jump ship two years after winning it all, there's nothing wrong with fans here voicing their frustration for a team that has never won a championship and a team that hasn't even made playoffs in a VERY long time.

2014 draft

6 Marcus Smart
7 Julius Randle
8 Nik Stauskas
9 Noah Vonleh
10 Elfrid Payton
11 Doug McDermott
12 Dario Saric
13 Zach LaVine

2013 draft

6 Nerlens Noel C
7 Ben McLemore SG
8 Kentavious Caldwell-Pope SG
9 Trey Burke PG
10 C.J. McCollum PG/SG
11 Michael Carter-Williams
13 Kelly Olynyk C

2012 Draft

6 Damian Lillard* PG
7 Harrison Barnes SF
8 Terrence Ross SG
9 Andre Drummond C
10 Austin Rivers SG
11 Meyers Leonard C
12 Jeremy Lamb SG
13 Kendall Marshall PG

So lets say the suns keep the pick and the lakers end up getting 6th which in turn makes it ours obviously.

Out of the last 3 drafts between 6th-13th picks
(24 players), there is exactly 2 players I would take above Brandon Knight. 1 in 12 odds of finding a player better than brandon knight at that bracket.

You defenders of McDuh need to at least be aware. This is a fragile team he has built, then deconstructed, then rebuilt. Still in need of substantial pieces. Its based upon a shaky foundation of over achievers and hopefuls. Add in law brushes, behavior/chemistry issues, no leaders and it is not impressive at all.

He may be a good judge of talent, but if you start with a faulty blueprint... ie. scheme/system.... then it does not matter. The Edsel was made of quality parts.

We are coming into the third off season for McDuh...Results are expected. No more free pass because of one or two trades. He made some waves acquiring Bled, scuttling theGORTAT, and Scola... but this is really 'a what have you done for me lately' business. (we essentially have only Goodwin to show for those last two deals)

My biggest concern is his love affair with a face paced tiny ball multi PG line up/roster. I will assume our Three headed Pig headed Front Office is endorsing this as to me, it reeks of a marketing attempt to recreate a SSOL atmosphere that was so good for the turnstiles. That was a special mix of players and coach and can not be merely mimicked.

The FO struck out looking with the 3PG line up. But seems to be clinging to the plan. Who knows, may be Knight is Bledsoe's replacement. I still think the sh**/fan scenario can be traced back to bledsoe/paul's stubborn non communicative lengthy negotiation. Does McDuh hold a grudge? Bled for Love is a clean simple deal that saves face in both camps and gives the season ticket peddlers a new fresh sales pitch.

Like it or not.... its put up or shut up time for McDuh, and with his recent berating/boasting behavior, he has only made it more difficult on himself. There easily could be a rift between agents/players and our FO/Ownership. Is Thomas Robinson the first example of this ? Seemed many thought he was a lock to come here...then when he backed off a slew of 'well, McDuh must know what he is doing' excuses surfaced.

I am not so sure anymore.

Let me remind you guys about the Len pick. Everyone hated that at the time and look now. Just give it some freaking time before you start complaining. The Lakers are doubtful to tank on Kobe's last year-- meaning the pick will probably be in the mid teens at best. Don't get so worked up over it. The Heat picks we have coming back to us have minimal and no protection. Just because they're years away doesn't mean they can't be used in other deals as well.

I liked Len when we drafted him but didn't see any wow factor in his game at all. Boy how wrong I was. Who thought nimbleness could actually make a center more exciting?

My biggest fear with the Knight trade has nothing to do with Knight's game, I like him a lot. But right now if I'm BK I'm not interested in playing in Phoenix. Things can and will of course change, but right now this team is all over the shop and I'd want none of it. I don't even know if RFA can save us.

This team is uninspired from top to bottom. Alex Len, a 21 year old sophomore is providing the most inspiring play. That's when you know things are bad. Again, it comes back to this leadership crap which has been completely neglected over the whole period.

As long as we keep them. And don't lose out on Hayward to get rid of Googs.

What type of trade can we do to move up for Karl Towns?

This guy is going to be a stud and twin towers of Len and Towns plus Bledsoe and knight could be a good future

Imagine if Dragic shuts his mouth and lets his playing do the talking. SUNS give him near max. Then we still don't make the playoffs. Dragic had one great season and now he has to earn his max contract.

Someone ruin it and go bash everything. RIGHT NOW!
