Then package that 3 first rounders to get into pick 7-8 and get James Young.

C: Len
PF: Randle
SF:Young
SG: Goodwin
PG: Bledsoe
Dragic as 6th man.

If Suns get Parker, then instead of Young, maybe get Embid if he drops that far... him and Len can rotate around the PF/C positions.

I (as well as Jonathan Givony) think Jabari Parker can play pf also successfully in the NBA. I just hope he declares for the upcoming draft.

And I like idea of moving up to take one of Robinson/Young/Selden.

C: Len
PF: Parker
SF: Robinson
SG: Goodwin
PG: Bledsoe
... with Dragic, Plumlee, Tucker, Morris twins... from the bench.

It`s exciting we have a whole lot of options going forward.

I think Parker can play PF too, maybe not full time, but more like how Carmelo Anthony does these days. He's got decent enough size to make it down there, though I do think he needs to work on his body a bit (looks like he can lose a bit of weight) but that's something a college strength program can fix. Underrated athletically, though he's no Wiggins or Gordon. Hey if Nik Stauskas can increase his vertical by 6 inches this offseason...Parker has room to grow.

Is Parker a tweener??
That's the question...

Melo is a different breed that he has skill set and post arsenal to be a star SF who can play PF.

Beasley was supposedly an almighty SF/PF coming out of college...
Look what happened...

I like Parker and I want him to be like Paul Pierce v2.0 if he is drafted by suns... Specialize him as a SF... Who slides at the 4 spot... Not as a "PF"... But as a big SF who is playing next to another SF giving mismatch hell to the other teams.... As opposed to playing him as a PF when he is a SF... Example would be to cram him down the post or asking him to take bumps and score inside most possessions...

This is exactly what I wanted to say.

A big SF or face up PF alongside enforcer C like Plumlee or Len.

The problem with Beasley is between his ears, not his size or position.

A term `tweener` has negative connotation and usually that`s a forward who doesn`t have length to play 4 nor does have skills to play 3 unlike Parker who has a ton of skills on perimeter and size to play in the post if needed. He can be a mismatch nighmare for opposite defences.

The thing about him I like the most is his competitive nature. He doesn`t take a minutes off, unlike Randle for example.

I like Randle so I'm just curious why you say that, have you watched his games? I've only seen highlights. From all accounts, he's explosive and has a very high motor. And although he might not be great defensively, he tries hard.

I have watched only Nike Hoops Summit, other were highlights so I may be wrong but I noticed he likes standing on perimeter doing nothing from time to time. I may stand corrected since it`s small example really, we shall see.

Don`t get me wrong, I like Randle too, he is going to put numbers and probably be an all-star but if draft is held tomorow I`d pick Jabari before him.

Well, one week from today the college basketball season begins. Next Friday Wiggins, Parker, Randle, Gordon, and just about everyone will play in their first college games. Here is a list of the games http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/schedule

On a positive note, Orlando, Charlotte, & Philly all won. So it's not like we're the only Wiggins contender playing better than expected.

I'm actually worried about Lakers now actuall...

That team is a mess and could be bottom 5...

And the NBA has huge incentives to gift them a new franchise player... :(

The way our team is playing despite our draft picks I think we can be a championship team in a few years.

All we need is one draft pick to work out and we have an mazing team.

Dragic, Bledsoe, Plumlee are as good as Harden, Lin, Dwight. All we need is one draft pick to pan out and we have a future.

Well, I know it's only two games (one against an overrated Portland team and the other against a projected "bottom 5" Jazz team), but I'm really starting to think that we won't be as bad as projected.

I don't think we will make the playoffs, but I'm starting to doubt we will be a bottom 5 team.

I don't want to get carried away as it has only been two games, but this team has a lot of pride. I think what happened is the Blazers assumed we'd be bad, and didn't give up credit for being an actual NBA team. The Jazz are also developing players so we should have won that game.
I like the fact that our guys don't appear to have big egos and the team chemistry looks like it's there, the team is holding each other accountable and getting the job done. Thumbs up to this group of guys!
