I don't know, but that's not the way. I also didn't even see anything that warranted a tech for Kieff in that particular instance. He tried to destroy the ball with the 'dunk'. Then it was an immediate tech. Markieff was picking up steam. 3rd quarter ends differently if he's left in.

Hornacek is in the RIGHT by benching players who has been instructed to follow the rules but breaks them, I bet they ALL agreed to obey that rule back in the locker room, yet we still see brain farts.

Well it starts by HONORING your pledge or promise to follow team policy/rules.

Should not be negotiable... the players need to simply embed the policies and play the game with those policies as foundation.

Its like all the big corporations and successful companies in the world, they have their foundation rules that employees agree to and are pretty much fired on the spot when they break them.
