Even if they beat us out by 1 game? Honestly I want this team to win every game, but I seriously doubt we could win playoff series as an 8 seed or 7 seed, so I would be fine with the chance at a high pick, or just another lottery pick regardless. This season is much more exciting to me than the last 4 because we have some youth who are showing good things, and we continue to add more.

I dont get this bwgood. Id rather make the playoffs and lose, even if we get swept, rather than not get in altogether. Its just a couple of spots, it hardly matters. And the chance of making the leap to the top three spot is super small. Id personally have them break the 5 year drought just so were not part of one of the worst stretches in suns history.

As for today, I think we gave the Pels their first road win of the season. This looked like a game from last season, when were not able to hold a lead. Maybe were missing Chandlers vet presence tonight. Bledsoe should learn to get shots in clutchtime period. He is the franchise player and its his responsibility to win us games.

I guess it's because I see a silver lining either way. If we make it, good that they made it. If we barely miss and get a better pick, there is that. Who knows how these things motivate players...what motivates you more? Getting swept in the first round or just missing out with that itch for the playoffs? I don't think this team is ready to advance even if they did make it to a first round matchup so I am not sure if that matters THAT much.

I do wish Hornacek had been extended because I think if he was, he would play the young guys more, and though it might cost us, it would help us in the long run.

Also, why Hornacek never subs defense for offense at the end of the game is beyond me. If Len is in there Davis doesn't get that 3rd chance to put the ball back in.

Len
Goodwin
Warren
Booker

Heck even ennis.
And when bogdan comes bet on him not playing.

The subbing sucks.

Seriously, Am I the only one who thinks those two suck

I'm bordering on saying I flat out hate Archie. He's not good, I don't know why people think he is. Warren has been our best draft pick since Amare and I think Booker is going to be good too, but everyone else since 2002 has been doo doo. Len has potential but I just can't see him having a higher ceiling than Robin Lopez 2.0.

I don't think Goodwin is a very good player. I think he gets overrated by his supporters because he does one thing very well but if you look at every other facet of his game, it's fairly mediocre.

Len needs more time to develop. I think he's similar to Roy Hibbert in that he's a pretty good defender but won't blow anyone away with his rebounding numbers or offense.

Yes, and there was another poster talking about not playing Archie I think, and the sooner everyone admits to themselves that he sucks, the better. Len, I still have hope for. He has shown some good things at times. He was awful against AD in his limited time but hopefully working with Tyson will help develop him more.

But weve barely missed the playoffs four of the last five years. I doubt theres any more motivation that we can squeeze from that. I guess my silver lining if ever that happens, is hoping that Sarver finally decides to stop messing around and start an actual rebuild.

Good point about Hornacek tho. Hes gonna be trying to win this season no matter what.

I heard people saying he's the next Wade :o

Another game lost at the line. We scored two more baskets, tied from three, so the difference was free throws. :(

Leuer with a heck of a game. Bledsoe and Tele shooting down the stretch was questionable. Losing a 17 point lead is unacceptable. Letting Ish "I can't hit water if I fell out of a boat" Smith to light you up, is even more unacceptable.

This team needs to step it up.

Oh well, not going to beat a dead horse, or jump on the crazy train that this board has turned into. Have a good night all, and happy Thanksgiving to all who celebrate it.

He could be the next Wade. He really could. He just won't. Because he sucks, and he's not getting better.

One thing I wanna say is it's embarrassing telling people I'm a Suns fan. You don't know how many times people laugh at me. I'm tired of losing guys. (Sad post, sorry).

Hey, well at least you had some fun today...well, that is if you like Knott's Berry Farm. I mix up the old rides sometimes with Magic Mountain, but I never forget the parachute drop. Is Montezuma's Revenge at that one? Once I rode that and just got off and got back in line multiple times. Actually I'm pretty sure it is, or at least was.

Well the sooner you stop caring about what other people think about you the better. And not just talking sports. Also, in the long run, people who have any real head on their shoulders will admire loyalty, regardless of who/what you are loyal to.

Knight, TJ and Leuer all had hot streaks and we went away from them. To me, that's on the coach. It's just one game but I'm tired of always losing these 50/50 games.

Lol it's just sad man. We've sucked for too long. It's hard loving something so much that makes you so damn upset. Just hope we can turn it around soon.

I saw a Mayan pyramid, so I think so. We had our kids (2 and 4) and my brother in law kids (1,3,5), so I only went on one adult ride.

Players do it as well, which isn't the coaches fault. We have too many guys who think they should shoot it. Both Bledsoe and Tele kept shooting down the stretch, and they sucked. Morris always shoots, even if he is 1-11.

And players get tired. Hornacek has done a good job coaching people to shoot better, as he did with Wesley Matthews and Kyle Korver while in Utah.

Both of our guards are hobbled, and Tyson was out. We still should have taken care of this game, especially given our big lead early, but this team is far from a team you can expect to win every night, because of the players they have.

Return to Phoenix Suns
