God I can't wait until the draft is over, maybe if we're lucky Bob will stop jumping to Doncic's rescue every single time someone here posts something negative about him.

You rather use all the luck on hope that Ayton will be 50% of Mr. Robinson. Because hype is getting totally out of the hands at the moment. And if I were you, I would hope that Doncic’s ceiling isn’t Hedo. Because if white, unathletic Euro, whose ceiling is Hedo, is even in conversation for #1 pick, things don’t look too good for Ayton either.

I think most are understanding that while Doncic would be a great get, there have really been no indications that anyone but Ayton will be picked at 1. So may as well defend the guy our Front Office is going to choose.
I think the only way we deal the #1 pick is to Sacramento so they can take Ayton. We get a small asset or some cap relief and move on.

This says a lot considering he just spent a year coaching Donovan Mitchell in Utah.

People are kidding themselves thinking Ayton is a done deal at number 1. I don’t know if it’s insecurity about drafting a Euro or just not wanting to debate it any longer, but it could still go either way. Igor matters. The fact that Luka still has games left matters. The fact that we’ve been connected to Capela matters. Ryan has stressed versatility and positionless basketball and Luka fits that perfectly. No matter how much some people want it to be Ayton you can’t just say it and make it be true.

Apparently in an spanish interview Doncic said he is a good friend with Bogdanovic and he wouldn't mind playing with him... so there is the theory of "so called experts" who think Doncic wouldn't play for SAC. But it will be more clear once spanish playoffs are done.

On the other hand, maybe Kokoskov going on air saying those things about Doncic looks like he favors Luka. I think it will be a tough debate in Suns FO who they take. Like someone said, these will be painful 3 weeks until the draft.

maybe I don’t understand how quoting is used, but I specifically quoted the post in which Ayton is compared to Robinson and Doncic to Hedo.

My comment on comparison is, I really have difficulty to understand how a player, whose only achievement till today is being big and strong, is compared with one of the best bigs in the history. Maybe his looks can be compared to Mr. Robinson’s.

The fact is, centers aren’t playable in the playoffs anymore. That is why the Warriors, Rockets, and Celtics have all made it to the conference playoffs. Both teams are willing to go small ball and attack other team’s bigs, scoring at will.

Dude will be jumping on Ayton at any mistake while also making excuses as to why Doncic isn't being used right. Kokoskov and Doncic have a special bond, you see. They need each other to basketball. Without one another, they cannot basketball. But together they are best basketball.
