I actually don't mind Jalen Smith...I like him a lot. I just didn't really want Nesmith, Lewis or Terry at 10...or Achiuwa.

Eh it’s fine, I don’t hate it. Could’ve traded down and probably still got him though.

This means Cam isn’t a permanent starter at the 4 position which gives us depth for the wing position.

Everyone saying we coulda traded back for Smith, the top 9 picks were an absolute lottery that no one predicted yet you say we could have gambled he woulda been there at 16 or so... get real, this isn't 2K where you can just turn off the console without saving and have a re-do

He was a top 10 HS recruit. Blue chipper and improved a lot from freshman to sophomore season at Maryland.

I would have picked Haliburton but a rim protector big who can nail shots will always be valuable. I trust JJ. Don't forget the meltdown last year with Cam.
