This lose is on Gentry. Get Earl Barron the F out of the line up. He's a sub. Period. We have talented players sitting on the bench for this sh_t. Wake the F up.

We should have taken this one - the two biggest reasons why we lost tonight are DRAGIC and THE REFS (J-Rich and a little bit of Alvin Gentry too for leaving Barron in and other options out).
Prediction for this season: Spurs beat Heat 4:2 in the finals (the revenge of Pop)
I don't like it, but it is highly possible this season with IND and OKC struggling

nah, we were only down by 4 after that stretch of bad calls, still had a chance to win. Blazers just played great down the stretch, and Nash had a few bad moments.

cant expect Jrich to just get hot out of no where.. he was riding the bench all night because of all the whistles.

Because we never play a good rotation against them. We run our old guys to death and leave many young guys sitting on the bench. Why not have Hill spell Nash and go big with Clark at the three.

Barron plays over Warrick and Hedo down the stretch when our offense was stagnant.

Steve plays 40 minutes on the first night of a back-to-back.

Brilliant Alvin

And WHY did Nash have some bad moments? Because he was tired - and why was he tired?
Because Gentry had to play him cause Goran stunk it up big time.

Not really watching the game but am constantly refreshing the thread. What happened to JChill? He played like 6 minutes. And why is everyone all of a sudden hating on Earl Barron?

IF we loose, this is on Gentry.

Kind of easy to appear to play well, if all the calls go your way down the stretch. :(

Barron has a great attitude and hustles big time - BUT he keeps trying to finish at the rim after rebounding the ball and fails miserably - that's why.

Doesn't matter. If you play Nash this many minutes he will end up losing the game for you in the 4th. It is proven, particularly multiple times on the road against the Blazers. Instead give Dragic some time to settle and come back into the game and you might pull of a freaking W.

that's what I'm saying - we lost because we overplayed Nash - not because he had some random mistakes in the end
