Yeah maybe. At least they don't have to worry about getting traded before the deadline with all of this hanging over their heads.

That would be a dream come true but it makes too much sense for the Suns to do it.

If the Morris twins weren't a package deal then Marcus would have been gone a while ago. I'm sure the Suns want Warren to get minutes but you can't play 3 SF's every game. They can't trade Tucker and it is hard to justify putting a player as good as Marcus on the end of the bench.

Since its apparent that the Suns won't trade Marcus because their scared that it would upset Kieff, I'm hoping that Marcus is found guilty and faces jail time or a long suspension from the NBA in the best interest of the team.

I'm wishing jail time or suspension if he did something wrong. If he did something wrong, I don't want him to "get off" on it because he's a celebrity, I want him to be found guilty and then punished for it.

the legal things aside, what do you think the front office reaction will be? I just find it hard to believe their involvement will be shoulder shrugged away. Though this administration has no precedence for such matters, Suns gone bad in the past seem to find themselves eventually ex-Suns.

Yes, their friend beat the **** out of the dude and was stomping on him. The victim was in very bad shape because of the friend of the Morrii. Marcus was physically involved, got some hits in but the actual injuries are because of their friend.

The reason why I previously made it sound like Marcus **** the dude up is because there are 2 primary witnesses and I know both of them personally. 1 of them came in a little late and therefore saw less than the other. The witness that I got info from first was the one that saw less and he was under the impression that Marcus did more than he actually did. Then like 2 days later I talked to the other witness (Lets call him Witness 1) and got a lot more info. Witness 2 saw some of the fight and saw that Marcus was involved and that the victim was in terrible shape so he assumed Marcus did more than he actually did. I've been told everything from both witnesses now and the story is clear. Marcus had relatively minor involvement, Keef was handling witnesses and their friend went ape ****.

Yes, they did break the law. There is no denying that even from their standpoint. The fight happened because they wanted that guys ass to be kicked, they made it happen and then let it happen. That isn't 1st degree assault, which would require them to actually be doing the beating but it does fall under 2nd or 3rd degree based on how bad law enforcement decides it is.
