I usually listen to harsh noise, dark ambient, and wall noise.

That first one might be cool if you are at a club **** up with blinking lights, but it's not very cool when you are watching a video of a banana on a cord. The second one is better, but just makes me want to go listen to (for those who haven't heard it lyrics start after 2 min mark)

This guy's pretty good and funny...he should have tried out for the Sixers a year or two ago...probably could have made the team.

I just happen to leave the tv on after the game and Kimmel has the spelling bee champs and now Snoop on...wearing a Lakers jersey of course.

So I guess most people have a PS as far as gaming goes. I was thinking of maybe getting an XBOX 360 partially because the price has made it an extremely good value.

I listen to mostly alt/indie as well. Heard this one? It's a little more on the punk side though..not sure if you like that...video's funny though.

Not really my type this one, I'm more on the melodic, groovy stuff.

We had some good posts of good videos/music last week on I think a game night...I'm looking for new music to add to my playlist...anything out there you've found that you think others may not even know about? Post videos of any good finds in the thread.

Almost anything if it's good. Usually something with a good beat though to listen to while working out. But I have all sorts of music on my playlist. Mostly I look for good alternative, but like some hip hop, rap, punk, pop, whatever.

If you like that 80s new wave sound i reccomend Nightdrive. Start out with "young rivals", if you like that youll like the rest of their stuff "sea of light" "easy to lie". Its mellow but with a nice beat.

I grew up on 80s New Wave and this certainly sounds exactly like it. Young Rivals sounds like a mesh of a bunch of stuff I used to listen to. After Dark a good one too...good beat.

Yes. I bought all the Phoenix songs right when they came out, and that one is one of two from them still on my playlist. I have Yeah Yeah Yeah's as well. I don't remember that song as well, but still have this one on my playlist which is my favorite of theirs.

I don't think I've heard that Fleet Foxes song or don't remember hearing their name but I like that song so I will check more of them out.

Yeah, I had a big collection of cds in college, like 500 and a 300 disc changer (the old days) and basically did all the music at parties, and everyone asked ME what was good, and then after working a while I kind of lost touch with the good new stuff for quite a while, and then finally got back into it and built up a decent library..then once again out of it for awhile, and then like 5 years ago, got a bunch of good stuff, and then once again, for the most part, that 5 years ago binge held me up for a long time and then last year I added more, but some of the stuff I got 5 years ago, I loved, but some of those artists I thought disappeared.

Like, this is totally different than New Wave, but this guy Jamie T had some interesting songs from a while back that are still on my playlist. I just found some newer stuff from him like this one...I guess he has some newer stuff finally. (this video is pretty stupid though)

But yeah, post whatever else you have. I'm just going to watch some youtube music as I also watch the game.

Vampire Weekend one of my favorite bands so I have all their stuff, but I will watch/listen to the others shortly.

That's a good one. Most of my playlist I use while at the gym, and like more of a beat, but just to chill, that's a great one.
