If you aint first than your last!

Ive been trying to grab all the talent i can that has been top 10 in Fantasy before (past few years) and has slipped low in the rankings due to injury. If any one of them can comeback, then i essentially will have 2 top 10 players.

Irving was a 1st round choice pre-injury and was a fantasy stud.
Rose was a 1st round choice pre-injury and was a fantasy stud.
Kobe was a 1st round choice pre-injury and was a fantasy stud.
Wade was a 1st round choice pre-injury and was a fantasy stud.

If anyone of them hit, then i think i could be in good shape. If two of them do then the league is in real trouble. If they all fail, ehhh.... it was worth a shot! lol.

Also kinda Salty as i thought George would have slid a little more.

You cant deny that its not gonna be interesting!

Kerrsed I think your strategy would be better suited for a H2H league that way if you squeaked into the playoffs you can go on a huge run towards the end of the season. I like it though, perhaps I pull this play in the H2H. ;)

If he manages to play 55-60 healthy games, for sure.

Please update the OP with the picks that have been made. Btw, I think Jrue is on a 15 min cap till January. That's probably why he was still available and Tyreke was gone early.

Jrue would have fit in perfectly on Kerrseds team.

Wow, just saw Myles Turner was drafted where he was. Funny I just posted something about him in Around the NBA, but I don't think I would ever take a raw rookie that high. I live in Austin and saw him some at UT and he was super raw just for college. He might do better playing with NBA talent, but of course he has to go against NBA talent. Can't see him being much of a fantasy contributor. And of course I would only say this about a player a Lakers fan drafted. If it is a Suns fan and I have such thoughts I will keep them to myself.

Also, I will edit the draft list...it looks pretty outdated, so it might take a few minutes.

Didnt get a chance to do a rationale for this pick

Shumperts going to be out for a while, and JR tore it up with the Cavs last season. He posted ridiculous numbers as a spotup shooter in the strting lineup- something like 2.6 three and 1.5 steals off the top of my head. He was ranked Top 50 after the All Star Break. Pretty chuffed to get him here
