Yes, work on that footwork young fella. Footwork is probably more important for bigs than it is for guards in order to get to the elite levels.

Of course, that doesn't mean Jackson won't turn out to be the better player. He's definitely a better defender, no question about that.
I think the biggest difference, at least right now, between the two is that Jaren has a much more consistent motor and "want to," or at least that's what's been evidenced to date. It shows up particularly on the defensive end but in general, that was a knock on Ayton as a prospect.

Duncan is actually a pretty interesting comparison. There are obvious differences - Ayton has had a lot of success just creating space down low and flushing it, which is not something you saw a lot from Duncan, but the instincts, the control, the comfort level are all pretty similar so far. Not what I expected, to say the least.
