I wonder exactly what exactly the reason was Mark Williams didn't pass his physical when he was traded to the Lakers.

Ah he's gone. No chance we're doing a trade with Miami. Well....out of spite, I hope KJ is a bust

Its the 29th pick and one that's swapped like 4 times.

If Williams can actually stay on the court it's a great value trade. Big if

A healthy williams would be worth a 10-15 pick in this draft.

Wondering what people think now about the decision of the Suns to take Green + Brooks and the 10th pick over Green and Jabari Smith. Would yall rather have Green and Smith or Green Brooks and Maluach?

He is a very good predictor since we traded pick 29 and there is only one round today.

Also had 5 shots at Maluach in his Gambo 5 and he wasn't in it.

I hate Gambo but I remember someone posting this afternoon the he said the Suns would take Maluach if he fell to 10. I remember because I really like Maluach.

I thought there were rumors circulating that the Lakers felt like they overpaid for him so they just said he failed the physical. I thought I heard Luka was pissed because he felt Mark Williams would have been helpful in the playoffs.

Then he should've put it on the back end of his Gambo 5 lol

We'll never know but given his long injury history, they could've flagged him for any number of arbitrary health reasons. I do think they came to the realisation they vastly overpaid for him

Got an emotional and likeable kid in Maluach who adds to the athleticism trend after Green trade. Between those two and Dunn we should see some highlight dunks at least. Now let's hope our new C of the future has a great motor and a better work ethic than you know who.

I heard something like that too but thought it was probably just speculation.

It wasn't a decision for us to make. Jabari wasn't on the table.

Thrre was a story that it was an earlier option but the Suns wanted the 10 also. So a later version gave us the 10 but with Brooks not Smith.
