Despite Dragic's looming free agency, Suns seem willing to roll the dice and hope a five-year deal this summer is too much to pass up.

Will the media be able to talk to Dragic after?

It's the right move. Sell on Thomas and redefine Dragic's role.

Why are people still suggesting this? Every single report from Coro on down says he wants to run his own team, wants the freedom that Steph Curry has. Why do any of you think he'll be o.k. even going back to the way things were last year?

@JimmySpencerNBA: I’m getting the strong sense the Kings are going to do anything they can to make this Dragic deal happen.

ANYTHING, YOU SAY?

Magic trades:Tobias Harris, Ben Gordon
Magic receive:Isaiah Thomas, Gerald Green, 2 2nd round picks from Minny

Boston trades:Bass, 2 2nd round picks from Minny, Clips 1st round pick, 2016 BOS protected 1st round pick
Boston receives:Dragic, Plumlee

Phoenix trades: Isaiah Thomas, Goran Dragic, Miles Plumlee, Gerald Green
Phoenix receives:Harris, Clips 1st round pick, 2016 BOS protected 1st round pick, Bass, Ben Gordon

The Suns would then buyout Ben Gordon

Then we trade Tucker to Toronto for Fields and a 2nd round pick. Just buyout Fields or let him sit on the bench. He's expiring.

Or maybe FO sees his expiring contract and/or bird rights as more valuable than offers being made & potential salary coming back

It doesn't sound like Goran wants to back to last year. He wants to be THE point guard, "like Steph Curry"

There's zero chance of this happening. If the Suns don't move Goran it proves that they have no clue what's going on here. As we say in the South, he's a gone pecan.

Pathetic to hear so many laughing in the locker room after they just got their ass handed to them by Houston while Dragic actually seems genuinely upset and pissed about losing the game.

I'd be totally cool getting mclamore for goran. Might be the best trade out there.

I think we'd prefer Stauskas. Stauskas and their unprotected pick... ::drool::

They're the same age and Ben's miles ahead of Stauskas as a player right now.

If we could get McLemore, I would be happy.

Everyone was clamoring for Ben McLemore in the draft. Well now we can have him and Len :D

I think he would be a great fit next to Bledsoe as he doesn't need the ball in his hands. He can just catch and shoot.

Yup, thought of this same thing. Gambo went off when this happened too. Might be part of the equation we are missing, he might just be tired of some of the guys on this team.
