I do not care if the Suns fans are not good, if Markieff badmouthed them tonight, he needs to shut up. Maybe Markieff should take a look at his past five games. He has been awful in all of them except the game against OKC.

7 pts and 5 rbs against Chicago
7 pts and 3 rbs against Boston
5 points and 9 rebounds against Denver
29 points and 11 rebounds against Oklahoma City
10 points and 2 rebounds against San Antonio

Are those the kind of performances you want from your starting power forward. Hell no. And he has the balls to call Suns fans out after how pathetic he has played recently. The Suns tickets are very expensive. They have not made the playoffs since the 2009-2010 season. They are currently out of the playoffs as the 10th seed in the West. What has the team done to warrant people spending big money on them? They are 31-29. Virtually a .500 team. Plus the Suns did nothing tonight to help their cause to get fans to come out. This game was over before the Suns scored a point. Would you guys want to spend 200 dollars for a ticket in the lower level for this team?

Come to a Suns game! Pay $50 to sit in horrible seats and soak it all in with a $12.50 beer while you watch the 10th seed in the Western Conference!

Our fans at the home games do suck. Even commentators comment on how many visitor fans there are at our games. I don't see what is wrong with players pointing it out. But the team should take responsibity for shooting so terribly. Whoever scheduled a charity event the night before a team we could possibly catch for the final playoff spot, should be kicked in the crotch. We just had almost a week and a half of no games during all star break, and we couldn't do it then?

Off the record he calls fans the worst in the NBA.

For PR cleanup, he calls them "best fans in the NBA".

Hmm, the rankings sure changed a lot in the last 20 minutes.

Ha, here in Minny, the fans are much better at their home games, even when they were a constant 10th seed. Reading this forum this season, one can see why the fans suck. Fans were tweeting Dudley telling him to purposely lose games to get better picks. Who would want to play for fans like that?

Sounds like Markieff even wanted us to draft Kawhi Leonard.

Don't forget the in game music. Completely kills the energy of the crowd. Whoever is responsible for the in game music and putrid attempts at energizing the crowd should be fired in all seriousness.

Kieff sees the empty seats/opposing fans and just assumes it is on Suns fans not being interested, he doesn't realize it has more to do with Sarver and the ticket prices, but I don't blame him for not knowing that. Honestly it is not that hard to see where he is coming from, and I'm not that big of a fan of the Morris twins. They drive me crazy most of the time with their hot headed antics but tonight I actually didn't mind them.

I go into the off season keeping Len, Warren, Goodwin, Bullock... and thats it. The rest can go.

I am so tired of this non system, hybrid player collecting FO.

I don't know what Keif said. Don't care.

Just another railroad car attached to this train wreck season.

Here is the full audio of Markieff. https://soundcloud.com/bryan-gibberman/ ... um=twitter Pretty damning if you ask me. Blaming fans for the team's lack of energy. Says it never feels like a home court advantage. This guy and his brother have some serious mental issues. You guys are paid millions of dollars and there are some fans who make practically nothing, save up for months to go to a game, and then you come out and play awful and you blame the fans. Great logic right there. Not a coincidence Markieff and his brother get some many technical fouls. These guys are just embarrassing.

Bledsoe unless he is driving, is a liability as PG. Knight is a slightly better than average off ball shooter, but no star. Then everyone else is battling to be a starter or bench contributor.

Mully with the nutshell.

and WTF is Keif getting in the face of Len and anyone else for that matter (that muddle-huddle outburst) ? Leadership ? Didn't look like it to me.

Tom Chambers said it was Kieff taking charge and being a leader which are all good things. But by all means keep spewing hate.

He is right, and it was happening long before we even drafted Markieff. It a rarely ever seems like a home game for us. And with all the crap you've been spewing this season, you should talk. You are the fans he is talking about.
