Regarding Terrico White ...
So that's just a training camp deal no real guarantees in the contract?

Coro
Right. It's a make-good deal. They've done this in the past for players who they are targeting for the Bakersfield roster.

This is signing does exactly what? He isn't going to make the team and we are in dire need of front court help. Trying to understand the logic of this signing. Wait, never mind, this is our clueless "geniuses" at work.

You just summarised your thinking quite well. Sometimes understanding a situation is too hard, why not just blame our FO that have already made so many moves that 'I can't understand'.

Anyways, McD wanted a good dunker in 2K to replace Green with by the looks of it.

Source: Pistons forward Marcus Morris no longer rep'd by CAA.

https://mobile.twitter.com/IAmDPick/status/634448512856424449

Leon Rose fired.

With this change of agent probably Markieff is even more aggressive about his desire to be traded.
Rich Paul next?

That would be great. S&T time.

What if CAA dropped Morris instead of the other way around?

Well that makes sense. 2k Dunkers are important.

The Terrico Kid, Weems, and Goodwin are almost physical clones.

Strengths: A dynamic combo guard who is one of the most spectacular finishers in this year's draft as he showed at the NBA draft combine with his 40 inch vertical … An aggressive offensive player capable of scoring off the dribble by blowing by his man or knocking down outside shots … Excellent pull up off the dribble as well as a fierce crossover … Has a solid in between game … Extremely confident, bordering on fearless … Adept one on one player … Excellent ball handler with either hand, can bring the ball up the court without any problems … Tremendous body strength, with strong shoulders … Explosive finisher on the break … Has the size and versatility to play both guard positions but appears to be more of a natural at the off guard position … A good passer by shooting guard standards … Strong transition player where he’s able to use his excellent speed, athleticism and body control … Has a solid shooting motion, stays on balance on his outside shot, smooth release … Great rebounder for a guard who loves to slash to the basket and makes clever put backs in the paint against bigger opponents … Low center of balance allows him to absorb contact and stay on balance at all times … Big wingspan at 6’9 … Has a huge set of hands (10.50 width) allowing him to palm and control the basketball well Moves well off the ball cutting off picks and running the baseline to free himself for shots … Likes to incorporate a running hook shot (floater) from within 10 feet of the basket to a solid degree of success …

Strengths: Shooting guard with elite quickness and athleticism who flashed immense talent...... frequently blowing by defenders and converting plays at the rim with dunks ... Has excellent body control and shows a strong ability to finish on the move, knifing through the lane and contorting his body to elude defenders ... Displayed a nice crossover, as well as a step back, fade away jumper that he utilized on occasion ... At his best when he can isolate and get by his man and find an angle to the basket ... Huge wingspan and excellent athleticism makes him a strong finisher at the rim ... A true boom or bust type of prospect who early in FR season was widely projected as a one and done lottery pick ... Excellent handle for a shooting guard and when combined with a quick first step, he becomes a handful for opposing shooting guards to contain off the dribble ... Shows the ability to drive right and left and his ball handling ability is one of his most intriguing assets, showing a lot of room for improvement ... Has tremendous length with a 6'10 wingspan, essentially allowing him to play an inch or two bigger than his 6'4 size ... Shows a solid ability to shoot off the dribble when he can develop a rhythm, as opposed to spotting up or coming off screens. Still better at creating shots than making them ... His length and quickness gives him a lot of defensive potential ... Does not suffer from lack of confidence. If anything, he is overconfident in his abilities ... His upside is considerable, but there are a lot of variables that must be addressed for him to get there ...

Which one is Archie ?

White may be a little more polished and should be more seasoned than Goodwin.... with 4 yrs of post college play.
I'd like to see him make the roster. Another hungry guy like Tucker and Weems ?
Spooky, his comparison was Shannon Brown/Jason Richardson.... be careful Arch, this cat is gunning for your time.
What ? Me Worry ?

Another overseas veteran journeyman wing to add to the backcourt logjam. Lol wtf are we even doing? So much for developing the marginal homegrown young talent we already have.Maybe this means that Goodwin will be the sweetener packaged along with his buddy Kieff. Or he's another camp body brought in for competiton and he's headed to Bakersfield

They never play them, but it brings down the average age of the team, so foolish fans can keep saying, "look how young we are!".

WTF.

So fans hoping a young player develops to be a good player are foolish????? That's what you have generalised fans who like to say Suns are young because those fans are hoping young players develop to be good players one day.

No, fans who say the Suns are a young team, and use that as justification for being mediocre, or proof that we are not a treadmill team, are foolish. Of the 3 young guys on the team last year, only Len was actually in the rotation. This year we will most likely only have two, Len and Warren. The team might have a couple young guys, but the players in the actual rotation are not.

Yes, because Bledsoe, Knight and Kieff are super old and likely to retire in 2-3 years.

Yes they aren't exactly spring chickens with an eternal abundance of untapped potential. At this point of their careers we know exactly the kind of players they are each with their own fatal flaws and they are most likely not going to get much better. Hopefully they plateau rather than regress. This is a terrible core to build around. Except maybe Bled if he cuts his turnovers while maintaining a consistent assist output and eventually elevates his on the ball D to a lockdown All-NBA Defensive level . He also needs to develop a killer instinct to make up for his lack of assertiveness /inability to be a floor general in order for his numbers to be impactful rather than inconsequential garbage time stat stuffing we saw last year.Even then he's only a complimentary piece and a steady sidekick/#3 scoring option on a contender

I looked up the numbers and like Wall more, but Bledsoe is close. Its not a huge gap between the 2 but ita there, could be a pc board thread, I may try it.

Can't see it being close. Wall is a stud and a truly elite passer. Bled has all the tools to be better than him, but not right now.

The only thing not really really close is assists, and RPM is close. I admittedly like both, and have Wall higher, but I don't think its as big a gap as there is from the top 3 PGs to Wall. I have Wall as 4th best point and Bledsoe 6-10 range.
