I have not played professional, of course, but I play enough to see that if the players want the coach out he willl be out.

At the end of the day is like on another work...if you don't like your boss you are going to put the minimum effort (without risking your own position).

It is easy to fire one man than fire 15 men....and easier when his name is not Popovich.

I don't buy that at all. You are saying all 15 players will intentionally put up bad numbers for an entire year, damage their own career stats (and future contracts) because they hate Hornacek so bad? That is silly. They had a chance just last week to throw him under the bus when the FO was asking for player input into the teams problems and the players didn't do it. How come the players didn't dump on Hornacek when they had the chance?

No, what I wanted to say it's that is easier for McDonough or Sarver to fire Hornacek than the change of the complete roster (15 players).

I think that Hornacek is a favourite for some of our players like Booker, for example, because he is giving him a great opportunity to play, but the majority of the roster don't respect him or want him enough.

Sure it's easier, but the roster is the biggest problem, and injuries, malcontent players. You fire and bring in a new coach and that is all, we are stuck here for longer.

But I expect both Hornacek and McD to be gone in a matter of time.

Embrace the tank. Resistance is futile.

For $50,000, I'll give the Suns the same performance. Shed some of that salary and put me in coach!

Len cant contest a shot without a foul... but when he's supposed to foul... he allows a poster dunk.
Good effort.

Hopefully we get close enough for Hornacek to keep his job, we won't win another game forever.

When it comes to Jeff, you just have to ask, has any of his teams improved over the course of an individual season relative to the rest of the NBA. I don't think I can say yes in even 1 season he's been here.

We don't play like a well-coached team, so we either have the stupidest team of all-time, or Jeff simply isn't that good. I lean towards the latter. There has been too much roster turnover for all of our guys to be that stupid, and I don't see guys open that are missed all that often (it certainly happens, but not any more than I see with most teams around the league). And most any NBA-level coach will be successful with a team of talented vets. If that's what he needs, then that doesn't mean much. This team is better than it's played this year. Nearly every NBA team, to an extent, has its share of idiots, deals with massive egos, and has issues with maturity. Jeff's is no exception even if Markieff's issues have been more public than others.

Every game we come out we reach a new low. That's just the definition of poor coaching. This season by Jeff might be the worst single year of coaching I've witnessed involving a team I'm a fan of.

I'm not sure why I'm still watching this game. Maybe cause i WANT to see whether we surpass 75 points or not.

Warren's scoring output the last four games prior to this game:

23
11
29
19

Hornacek should be fired on general principle based on the fact he benched Warren in favor of Tucker and/or Leuer. Warren has zero points so far tonight. Way to kill a young player's confidence coach.

Some certainly are, but can we say our coach is any better? Because I see no evidence of that. Not this year. Our schemes and rotations are hot, flaming garbage piles of nonsense. They are doomed to fail.

Is there a single thing Jeff has done well this year?
