PMed you the screenshot of D-League settings, which mirror Premier League (I WAS in that league back in the day, I'll have you know)...let me know if you need anything else, that seemed to cover most of what you'd be prompted to set up.

Not that this is really related to any of our fantasy leagues in particular, but the Suns to me feel like one of the NBA teams with the least draftable players in fantasy.

I mean, Dragic is probably the closest to being a top-tier fantasy player (and maybe Bledsoe, but slightly less so due to injury and locker room risk), but performance and playing time for the guards is just going to be affected so greatly by what happens to Bledsoe and then how much burn we plan on giving the other 10 (only slight exaggeration) guards on the roster.

This isn't necessarily a bad reflection on the Suns by any means, it's more just an issue of so much rotation uncertainty that it makes almost any Suns player a risky fantasy pick in the round where they technically belong. Am I way off base here or have other people thought the same thing?

Not just on rotation uncertainty, but also on limitation on minutes played. Even Dragic, who could have excellent production on 36 mpg, will most likely be barely playing 30 a night (and he also stated he is fine with that)

Never done an offline draft either. It's safe to assume it'll be done on here and at a semi reasonable pace. But is the player pool updated in the league routinely so we know who has and has not been picked?

League managers were trying to keep the list updated on the first page, and the thread titles were routinely updated with the next few drafters.
