Re: The MoBro's Show
This isn't the Colangelo days. New management doesn't care if we have questionable characters as long as they aren't too disruptive in the locker room.
In the good old days, Matt Barnes, Beasley, and perhaps even IT and Green would never have been Suns players. In the Colangelo days, the twins would already be sent packing even if the return was crap. Sarver and Babby and McD seem to be a bit more tolerant.
I'm ok with that. I'd like the Suns to have a few tough guys on our team. But there is a difference between "tough" and "bone head" and the Morris twins may have crossed that line.

Re: The MoBro's Show
These bros are fake tough guys who probably need a bit of a reality check. They've been living together in their own bubble since birth and I truly hope someone comes along and pops it. I couldn't care less if Mac Daddy gives them an a** whooping and sends them packing. We all grow up at some stage and the Morrii need to do it pretty soon if they want sustained success in the league. Good players become great players because of their integrity. The Morrii have very little dignity left.

Way to jump to conclusions.

How are IT and Green questionable characters?

Re: The MoBro's Show
The police are still trying to finish their investigation. It was supposed to end earlier but the hold up is police are still trying to identify the friend that beat up the victim. They are looking at a video of the twins walking into the gym and I think they are trying to identify people in the video to talk to them.
I now have no idea when this situation gets resolved.

Nope. Haven't heard a thing. They could have reached an out of court settlement or maybe the cops are just holding everything up until they identify the Morriis friend. I don't have any connection to law enforcement so I don't know.

Who's this dude?
Bright side of the sun blogger, he's one of those who interviews players post games and press conferences.
He doesn't have great connections to the team or anything, his words probably mean as much mine and yours.
That tweet is something to ponder about though.

He basically clarified that it was pure speculation.

Been on this for a while. For a rebuilding team, he's a fine starting PF (although I don't much like watching him play) but if we want to reach higher levels, we need him to come off the bench. He's not consistent enough, doesn't draw enough fouls (part no respect from refs and part his style) and he's not a very good rebounder.

Exactly. We have to look the other PFs on the teams that are fighting for the playoffs in the West :
Nowitzki, Griffin, Duncan or Spliter, Anthony Davis, Daymon Green, Motiejunas, Aldridge, Ibaka and Zach Randolph.
Do you think that Markieff is better than someone on that list? No way...we need to sign a good PF and trade the MoBros. I don't like them of the bench, because their personality is a better fit on Sacramento or some place like that.

P.J. Tucker can be a better PF at this point of the season, and we can play Warren more minutes.

No way? I'll bet you there are MANY ways you could make the case that Markieff is better than a couple of the players on your list. I want an upgrade at the spot too but to put Splitter on that list is questionable, to put Motiejunas on that list is eye-poppingly questionable.

If you ask Spurs or Rockets fans if their willing to trade Splitter or Motiejunas for Markieff Morris, you won't find a single person to say yes to it. On the other hand if you asked Suns fans if their willing to trade the Morris twins for Splitter or Motiejunas, you would find quite a few Suns who would say yes.

I wonder if trading Marcus will calm Kieff down more.

My neighbor is a Rockets fan. I asked him. So far, one out of one would prefer to have Keef over Motiejunas. Now, maybe he's the only one in the world but what are the odds on that? And, that isn't even the question. The question is "is Markieff better than someone on that list". Markieff is clearly better that DMo. The people that wouldn't make the trade would pass because they think Donatas will improve beyond Markieff and that may well be the case. But right now, looking at today and days already past, Keef has been the far superior player. I don't know any Spurs fans so I can't say anything about Splitter other than my own opinion. IMO, Keef is a better player than Splitter.
