Too bad James Jones is in charge. Lower your expectations. James Jones doesn’t believe in point guards. They never passed him the ball.

Yeah, WHY?

What’s wrong with Roddy?

Young player, former 1st round pick, cheap contract and controller for 2 more years. We need more of that.

His most recent game vs the Knicks he had 15/3/3. Before that 14/8/1 vs Boston. Before that 16/2/4 vs Golden State.

There’s some upside there.

Hes...fine. just worried if we actually used an asset on him

I don't think we had any assets to use

Shams tweeted that we kept a pick and swaps, so idk what that means but it works for me.

Didn’t trade Nas Little and his contract. Just shipped a bunch of end of the bench bums. Love it

THIS IS BAD!!

Those guys do not belong in the league. They do nothing but help lose games.

Hopefully they waive Killian Hayes soon and can do us another. Piston fans want him gone and Ivey/Sasser playing more mins.

For us Killian would at give a decent young PG, who can play D.

Giggity. He was just released.

Make it happen Jones.

And opens up two spots for buyout guys.

This is an important point as Tucker is really pressuring the Clips for a buyout! And we could now move Little and Eubanks for Bey,etc and then sign Tucker and Biyombo from the buyout pool?

Outgoing:
Yuta,Goodwin,Metu, KBD, Little, Eubanks/2nds.

Incoming:
O'Neale, Tucker, Bey, Biyombo? then maybe use our exception + a 2nd for KJ Martin Jr? :dontknow:

Why didn't we do this trade or that trade????

Answer: It takes 2 teams to agree lol. Maybe they didn't want our crap!

Also if we get Killian Hayes, and got Roddy, Oneale, and Hayes! Thats a good start. Hayes with leadership / veterans may turn into something. Roddy also isn't a scrub like yall are making him out to be.

I like the trade.

Good move by James Jones adding a rock solid rotation player giving up just a few seconds.

Now we need a PG. Goodwin was our insurance at that position and he is gone.

Killian will probably look for a spot where he can get playing time the last 30 games to try and salvage some FA value this summer.

Not sure if the suns can promise that. But they definitely should make a call to his agent.

I liked him as a prospect but let's also be real, he's a young dude was just cut by one of the worst teams in the league who's also rebuilding

Hayes is trash. Roddy is trash. Don't read into that stuff unless they actually start showing signs of life.

As much as I liked Yuta, he was trash. Thought KBD had some moments, certainly better than let's say, Torrey Craig, whom we were rumored to have interest in (seriously he sucks, just let it go Jones). So I thought maybe KBD could have persisted as a real end of bench guy.

But since we are going all in it's really just KBD for Royce and that's ok for us.

Just sad NONE of those names we're showing the door worked out for us. We only needed one to be a rotation guy.

You guys beat me to it.

He's a great fit as long as we don't need him to score lol. Also, very young and can (theoretically) be our PGOTF. Would be my first call if I was JJ.

Not to mention he's French so we can sign Wemby after Killian talks him into coming here in 5 years.

Like 6 or 7 games of being decent was enough to secure a roster spot. Says quite a lot about how bad those other guys were playing
