I had such high expectations for Ishbia just to end with predicted 30 wins team with no future and same behind the scene problems like under Sarver lol.

I'm beginning to suspect that Billionaires aren't good or smart people
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

This could potentially open a door to a forced sale and the franchise becoming available on the open market again.

How about we all pool our money together and see how far we get? I just had an unexpected financial windfall by finding 10 dollars smudged between my couch cushions, so that only leaves about 7 billion, 999 million, 999 thousand 9 hundred and 90 dollars for the rest of you guys to pony up.

Ishbia is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. What a terrible terrible human being he is. He’s possibly worse than Sarver and that’s nearly impossible.

There are more rich people in America than any time in U.S. history and there is also more poor people now than any time in history. Not that this is new but (most) rich people are entitled unethical human turds.

Mat Ishbia described the team as an "ascending" roster this year that is going to continue to grow and get better. This is now the beginning of a new time. What they did before didn't work, so everything in the organization had to be reviewed and addressed.

Brian Gregory said the Suns now do things a little bit differently than most teams in the NBA and he felt like the summer signaled that with how much work he's seen guys doing in the practice facility. Culture/identity already taking shape.

Ishbia

"It's not going to be measured in wins and losses this year, it's going to be measured in success".

That’s word salad for were are going to suck hard and you will like it!

Also Ishbia went from “expect to compete for championships every year” to this :banghead:

When it comes to the Booker-Green backcourt, Jordan Ott cited how drastically different a point guard and playmaker is compared to 10 or even 5 years ago.

They want to play fast, and you do that with multiple ball-handlers to get through the concepts and defenses they'll see.

We can either use the capspace we don't have to sign him, or do a mid-season trade using the draft assets we don't have.

Or as our front office likes to call it "building this team the right way"

You Freaking guys just masquerade as fans of the Phoenix Suns. All you want to do is either acquire a player that we do not have and cannot get or doesn't fit a position of need at this time. You hope our players get better this year so that we can flip them for someone better. Why not hope for success from every player? So we can watch a team that is fun to support. This is virtually a brand-new team with new leadership. At this point they are undefeated.

Why not take a deep breath and enjoy what we have. I watched the presser today and enjoyed every minute of it. Will it turn into a good team or another Shyt show? Who knows.

We currently have 3 7 footers on the roster along with 6'10" OS0. If Ainge would want any of those guys I expect we would make the trade.

What did we actually do, this summer, that prevents us from acquiring Kessler?

Yeah, I really wanted us to trade for him last season before we traded for Richards and then drafted Maluach and also trading two 1sts for Williams too. He'd be super redundant for us now.

Also as you most eloquently pointed out, we have no cap space or assets to really accomplish anything noteworthy. It's going to be heavy development and a whole lot of hopium.

I just find the timing a bit ironic is all that the jazz (Ainge) would now let him go for nothing after demanding so much value for him in trade earlier.
