Jackson, Bledsoe, George, Morris, Zubac
Still looks like a play-in team, be disappointed if we didn't finish higher than the Clippers.
Going to be a pain to play Memphis even more so, prepare for ugly games with their defensive talent including - Beverley, Melton, Brooks, Jackson Jnr, Clarke, Adams

Seriously, how pissed was the league when they realized that the Suns were in the finals?

Don't sleep on the Wolves. There's a lot of talent on that squad.
As for the Clips, I wonder what version of Bledsoe they will get? Because last year, Bev > Bledsoe. I fear them less than I did - not that there's much to fear if Kawhi doesn't return this season.
Grizzlies now have 18 players under contract. I wonder what the plan is.

Suns don’t even get a Christmas game. NBA chose the Lakers, Mavs and Jazz over the Suns

Yeah, the Clippers are not contenders with Kawhi out so it really doesn't matter. Bledsoe or Beverley...who cares.
And Rondo is close to retirement for real.

Yeah! the trade doesn't really make much sense for the grizzlies IF they're actually trying to compete for a playoff spot. Obviously Beverly and Rondo would've made the grizz defense much better and more intimidating. Culver and Hernangomez are just not that good. Regardless, This trade will push a few players out, UNLESS they have a consolidation trade in mind??
I'd love us to get our hands on any of Tillman, Tillie ( cheaper version of Saric/Floor spacing big), Sam Merrill. Tyus Jones, or Yves Pons. Especially Merrill and Tillman or Tillie combo.

Also, You have to figure that Karma would come back around for him with his dirty play and absurd behavior in the playoffs at some point!
Don't feel at all sorry for him honestly.

NBA can't afford to have the Lakers get blown out on opening night.

Re: 2021-22 Season/Offseason Speculation
While Pat Bev is the focus of the media in the trades that sent him from LA to Memphis to Minny, the one that hasn't been talked about a ton is Jarret Culver.
The Wolves gave up their #11 pick (Cam Johnson) and Dario to move up 5 spots to take Culver. Before Culver's 3rd season, they've already traded him in for a 33 year defensive guard. I think it's a bloody great punt by Memphis to add to their young team but boy it doesn't look good for Minny.
Gives me flashbacks of us moving up to take Chriss and then dumping him along with Knight to the Rockets just before the 3rd season.

Consensus on the trade board is that Memphis will likely make Daniel Oturu, Juancho Hernangomez, Sam Merrill, and Rajon Rondo available. Merrill and Rondo likely to be waived and Oturu and Hernangomez via trade perhaps?
I for my part would LOVE to get Merrill!!! And Oturu would be another quality big with double/ double potential. Check out what Merrill is capable of: ( Better Luke Kennard).
I'd love to have him and Shamet as our 2nd and 3rd rotation shooting guard gunners. Merrill is an absolutely lethal shooter with a very quick release as well.
And Oturu:

Dario was bad in Minnesota. He was worse there than he was for the Suns in the second half of this last season where he was awful. They were probably gonna trade him no matter what maybe a 2nd rd pick but they were luckily able to use him to actually move up in that draft.

Mentioning these 3 two way wings that we could get on the vets minimum, and they could have a tangible impact for our 3rd rotation defensively. These wings would contextually replace what we had with Craig. And the beauty of these bargain impact players is that they wouldn't at all affect our plans with the remaining MLE/ DPE/ or the Biannual either. Anyways, these 3 veteran players are:
1- Paul Watson
6'7 210 lbs.
( Actually from Phoenix too)! Originally from Paradise Valley.

Nader is better than all 3 of them. If we are adding a wing, it should be someone to be a direct backup to Bridges so that we can trust CamJo to be a full time backup 4 and only play spot minutes at 3. We've generally filled the end of the bench guys with Payton, Nader, Stix and Kaminsky. Those are guys 10, 11, 12 and 13 on our roster, meaning only one of them is going to get real burn at a time. If we are signing anyone to a guaranteed deal, it should be someone who is going to crack our rotation, not just be our 14th man.
When you look at the depth chart:
Paul-Payne-Payton
Booker-Shamet
Bridges-CamJo-Nader
Crowder-Stix
Ayton-McGee-Kaminsky
In those first 10 guys, Stix is the weak link, and will get the fewest minutes. So if we are adding someone it should be to improve on that position, rather than sign a guy who would be behind Bridges, Cam and Nader.

100% that Stix looks to be the weak link. Honestly, the Suns need to let him play as they invested a top 10 pick to get him. He shouldn't be sitting on the bench this season and if so the Suns wasted a pick. If Stix doesn't pan out then CamJo plays more PF and Nader gets some SF minutes.
Right now Ty-Shon Alexander is the 3rd stringer at SG. Add a two-way contract at PF and leave the final roster spot open. Even with a Stix meltdown options are still in hand as the season progresses including Saric coming back, acquiring a PF off waivers, and/or making a trade.

We only have one roster spot available, we need to use it on a good player no guys like them who will play in G-League or whoknowswheretheywillgo.
There are players as good as Avery Bradley, James Ennis, Paul Millsap, Stanley Johnson and many more waiting for his opportunity on any team. We can get any of these players for the minimum, only nine teams have some open roster spot.
I wouldn't sign a player worse than them. Like Barkley6 wrote Nader is better than those players that you listed.
