What a night for Kieff. 30/7/5/4 at 66% FG.
It's double-happiness when a Sun on your fantasy team beasts like that.

Add up the Morris stats and together they had monster stats.

Re: Suns Board Fantasy Leagues Discussion Thread
Two questions for Suns fans.
1. Should I pick up Alex Len?
2. Should I keep Gerald Green? Is there any chance his minutes become consistent?

1. I went to pick him up today in our two leagues here (well, the two I am in) and he was picked up in early November in one and about an hour before I tried to pick him up in the other one.
So the answer is yes. He is finally displaying what we've been hoping. He likely won't put up those same numbers every game, but chances are he will start to get more minutes, eventually start, and be our inside presence. There are so many Suns where it's hard to go with them in fantasy because our depth hurts their minutes, but we don't have much for big man depth. Plumlee has been a disappointment so I'd say he is a solid pickup. It partially depends on how deep your league is (the league where he was picked up in early November has 14 teams and the one he got picked up today in is 12 teams). If you are in a 10 team league with standard rosters, I guess it largely depends on what stats you need.
But if you have someone you wouldn't mind dropping, it could be a steal.
2. Green will probably not be consistent enough with minutes to keep long term. I'm not sure how long PJ Tucker is suspended but he might be worth keeping as long as Tucker is out. But he likely will only give you 15-20 points and a few threes on his good nights, and a lot of frustration on many of the others. There just simply isn't much playing time with Bledsoe, Dragic and Thomas at the guard spots and Tucker, TJ Warren and Marcus Morris at the 3.
If we trade a pg, it would definitely help, but that won't happen any time soon. My guess is Thomas would be most likely to be traded, but that can't even happen until Dec 15th or Jan 15th I believe. Ultimately we probably don't trade one unless it continues to create chemistry problems because the league is so flush with quality point guards that they wouldn't fetch much in a trade.

I probably can't legitimately complain about this given Knight's production, but is it so damn hard for Jason Kidd to give the young man maybe four more minutes per game?

You and me both man - just give Giannis 35min and let him play!!
Same goes for Sanders, got him in a couple of other leagues and his per-36 are rock solid but Kidd won't even play him 25 every night!!!

Re: Suns Board Fantasy Leagues Discussion Thread
Man, i have some frustrating "end of the bench" players!
I sit Len and he goes off for two games in a row, i put him in the line-up and he becomes a dud again.
Its the same story for OJ Mayo/JR Smith/Carlos Boozer. When they sit on my bench they have some great games (usually 2 before i decide to put them into my line-up). As soon as i have them in my line-up, its back to S**t-City again.

Re: Suns Board Fantasy Leagues Discussion Thread
Had the same issue with Mirza. He had two dud games, and then I put him on the bench and he puts up 12 points, a three, good shooting, made his free throws, grabbed some boards, and registered a couple blocks per game.
Friday is gonna be tough on who I should sit and put in.
Right now I got Lance Stephenson/Mirza Teletovic/Nick Young riding my bench, and I'm contemplating switching them out with an Isaiah Thomas/Brandon Wright. I need Wright's blocks and high FG% and Isaiah Thomas has been knocking down a ton of FTs, but his low FG% and overall little to no production across the board has been frustrating to say the least. He does have high potential. Wright is consistent too, but he won't put up any wow stats. I guess it all depends if I want to gamble at all.

Re: Suns Board Fantasy Leagues Discussion Thread
These injuries are killing me. I swear it seems like every time I have a guy going good something happens. Kevin Martin with a 37 point game but he breaks his wrist (weird thing is he broke his wrist when he had 3 and then scored 34 more). Thaddeus Young playing well and he has a death in the family and takes off like two weeks. It seems like at all times I have 5-6 guys injured.
About time Calderon got healthy though, as I need some assists.

Yeah this is a pretty injury-laden season. I have George Hill sitting on my bench and that's handicapped the type of trades I can seek out since even losing a few assists could spell D-League in the long run. Brandon Knight has really been my team's saviour.
