But technically Biyombo (21-22) and Zeller (21-22) are Hornet's Youth also... Vonleh is a couple years away, he was drafted as an 18 year old. He's like Goodwin that Goodwin is only 20 and all the mistakes he does on the court are due to him being only a couple years away from being a teenager... Vonleh is a big man so an 18 year old big man will need a season or two to "get it".

Andre Drummond is special... the guy has incredible size and athleticism which made him a stud as a 18-19 year old, the guy bullies 30 year olds on the court.

If Suns still had the previous regime (Blanks etc). I wouldnt be surprise if they trade for another pick and draft the Harrison brothers. Its like someone in the FO dreamt years ago that "the prodigical twin brothers" will carry the Suns to their first championship and ever since that day they've been trying to put teams together with twins/brothers.

We probably also would have kept the Dragic bros + Plumlee and instead trade All our other players sans the morris brothers for Mason Plumlee, and Bojan Bogdanovic.

Goran Dragic /Aaron Harrison
Zoran Dragic / Andrew Harrison
Bogdan Bogdanovic / Bojan Bogdanovic (no brother, but too tempting to pass up on)
Marcus Morris / Mason Plumlee
Markeiff Morris / Miles Plumlee /Marshall Plumlee

The most fun thing about this team would probably be Steve Albert fumbling over the names every game.

I think if you can trade Bled for a top 3-4 pick, then you blow this sh#t up.... if you can't, then we will lump it out with this current group of bad boys, adding a few, subtracting a few and hoping for the best.

What ever moves made have to make sense in the ticket department too. We are so unmarketable, and that is important in the big picture.

I don't think anyone would offer a top 4 pick for bledsoe. I would take that in a heartbeat if someone offered that. Rebuild the right way.

Nobody offered 12m a year for Bledsoe without giving up a pick. Now he's making even more after having a worse year. I'd be surprised if anyone was interested in general at this point.

Does anyone here know who'll get the 12th pick if Utah and Phoenix end up with the same record? :)

Could shore up the center position nicely with some Brook Lopez/Robin Lopez too...

Pretty sure it comes down to a coin flip.

Looks like our 2017 Miami pick is pretty likely to turn into a 2018 pick.

That is fine, since Bog will hopefully come over in 2017. Most likely that pick will be used as a trade chip anyways. It's the 2021 pick that could be a good pick, because it's unprotected.

Honestly, i just can't see any good in keeping picks this year. Not impressed with what would probably be available in mid first. Other than that we are totally in need for quality now, this season, next season, not again a potential that hangs on a long stick. We are already developing Archie, TJ, Len and Bogdan will come in a year or two...

Many people support the idea of trading Bled for high pick. Outside of top3 who do you think could become a better player than Bledsoe?

Anyone and everyone. Half this board thinks any lottery pick is better than our current players, former lottery picks themselves.

It should be either Poeltl or Turner for the Suns, I dont really see the point in picking anybody else.

Bledsoe-Goodwin
Knight-Bullock
Tucker-Warren
Morris-Morris
Len-1st 2015

That will be the core next season.

Last thing we need right now are more players with role player ceiling.

This is the longest we've gone without an All-Star in our history.

I think we deserve someone who can be the best player in the league one day, and I hope our FO and fans believe it too.

1UPZ wrote:I still think trading the pick for a future is a good option. Suns have young players that will need development time next season. Alec Brown and Bogdanovic comes to mind.

Unless a real talented player drops (which I doubt), Suns will likely draft a guy that won't be a factor for years. I know Warren was a pick 14 but last year was a deep draft.... This coming draft is not so deep.

But McD and his scouts will have the inside information to make the call....

But of course trading up would be ideal.

Package 2-3 players plus the 2015 pick and possibly future pick(s) for Towns would be super for Suns future.

Bledsoe OR Knight
Morris twins
Tucker
Pick(s)

For a top 3 would be my dream.... As most here... Unlikely though.

It may not be as deep, but it is full of Bigs, which we desperately need. In the top 30 prospects, or basically, guys with a "1st Rd grade," there are 5-6 Cs and 7-8 PFs, depending on how you look at guys like Towns--PF or C.

Cliff Alexander
Jarell Martin
C. Wood
Montrezl Harrell
Kevon Looney
Trey Lyles
Bobby Portis
Myles Turner
Jakob Poeltl
Frank Kaminsky

All of these guys are likely available at 13--with Poeltl/Turner/Kaminsky being borderline. But point is, only Porzingis, WCS, Okafor and Towns being the only guys for sure that won't be on the board by 13.

So no, I wouldn't trade out of this draft, but I would strongly consider dropping down to a team with 2 1sts (which could be anyone by the time we draft, depending on trades). This way, we could draft 2 of these guys--something like Lyles and Harrell--would be awesome, IMO.

The only way I'd be ok with trading out of this draft would be, as some mentioned, trading our pick for a Vonleh-type of guy--a young Big with potential.

Hilarious. It was probably Sarver's dream. I hope Sarver isn't a twin, next thing we know he'll be subbing in off the bench.
