The moves seem definitive (I don't know why) and calculated whereas before everything just always seemed so chaotic and confused. The timing just seems better and more "normal". We got a good gm early. He quickly got a reasonable choice for hc and locked him down.
Something about it all just feels much more controlled and proactive.
Peace out Lindsey!!! I don't know a ton about coaching in the nba but that dude was straight garbage
This.
Plus: we don't really care right? As long as Hornacek commits to playing young players to develop them, Dragic is fine with him... whatever. Give Hornacek a shot. At least he is a popular Phoenix figure. Maybe he has a clear bball vision that relates to the one the new Suns GM has; that's enough for me. He still has some assistant coaches to appoint and they can also help develop our new assets.
It's not all that bad. This seems deliberate and I'm fine with it.
