I agree on Hamilton. I watched him in the summer league and came away impressed by his skillset. He is 7' but totally plays like a small forward.

Exactly my thoughts, though Miami won't give up their pick I guess.

BTW, DRK, thoughts on Gerrard leaving at the end of the season?

Everyone has a time to move on.

We've been playing better without him anyway.

Chandler, foye, Robinson are players you find on bad teams. Oh wait they are on a bad team. Why would the Suns trade to make themselves worse?

Apparently the clippers are open to trades right now. Specifically Crawford and jordan names have come up. Crawford, they are stuck with but jordan is very very enticing.

Jordan would be perfect here.I am open to trade Isaiah, Plumlee and our first round pick for him.

Living legend. Every time I see Gerrard I always remember the Champions League Finals against AC Milan and him always bailing out Liverpool. To me one of the best midfielder of all time and a perfect example of a true leader. I wish him all the best in the future.

With the Kings front office you'll never know. Remember they are very good at making very bad decisions.

If true, this is a great opportunity to get an All Star C. Jordan is a C like Tyson Chandler, perfect for a team with an strong backcourt, he doesn't need touches and he is a monster at the boards. If we trade for him, we will have his bird rights so we can sign him easily after this season.
Len can play backup C and even play some minutes with Jordan at the same time. Plumlee gone.

If Bledsoe had D.Jordan, he'd average 10 asts a game. Bledsoe throws great lobs. Bledsoe stopped throwing them after Plumlee made him look like they were bad passes. Jordan is one of the best finishing lobs ever. Clippers would be foolish to let him go.

Clippers are pretty much stuck with Crawford. He doesn't have much value. But Jordan could get the clippers a nice haul.

The Suns world completely changes if some how Alex Len can play the traditional PF role (not stretch PF). He has a very nice shooting stroke out to 18', and I think he has the handles to take the ball into the paint and score down low. If he can play PF, then that opens up the Center position for a monster like DeAndre Jordan. A Len-Jordan-Warren frontline would be downright scary both offensively and defensively.

Now before everyone laughs off Len being able to play PF, Coach Hornacek said on 2 different occasions right after Alex was drafted that the Suns believe he can play the 4. Obviously this will take another 1-2 years to develop but I could see this happen.

DeAndre will be a FA. If this source is telling the truth, DeAndre's value takes a serious hit.
Why trade for him if u can get him for free in FA?

Clippers would take a huge downgrade without a center like Jordan protecting the paint.
Griffin can rebound but has average/short standing reach/Wingspan to alter shots.

Spencer Hawes can block some shots and shoot but his defense is no way near Jordan's.

I can see Knicks going for him... Maybe Stoudemire, Shumpert, Hardaway for Jordan, Crawford, filler.

Suns may have some assets but they won't trade to a division rival and not without fleecing the Suns.

Bird rights. Perfect for teams that can't seem to attract top free agents, like...the Suns! I would even give up as much as it would take if he was under contract already, because he will definitely get a max anyways. This way he's ours no matter what.

It wouldnt be the first time we fleeced them for an upcoming free agent. Situation was different with Bledsoe before since we werent much competition and he hadnt proven himself like DJ but still they traded him to us and took the risk

Deandre would be the perfect center for us. He's a rebounding monster who doesn't require any touches on offense. Bled can throw up a lob and that could be his offense. The Clips are in a win it all now mode so I think we could turn in some vets while keeping the younger assets.

DJ and Farmar for IT, Green/Tucker, Plumlee and our lottery protected 1st. We'd waive Farmar.

Just for curiosity, what would be your offer for him?
