Stupid thing to put out there. Doesn't help the team at all.

Talking to a Suns fan on Twitter who lives in Dallas said that the dallas radio is speculating a trade involving bledsoe and monte Ellis. That may be something to think about if dallas involved picks and decent players in a package.

Well up in the ticker above it says he is opting out to become a free agent, so Dallas likely can't trade him.

Yeah heard dallas was hoping he would opt in.

Well scratch that idea.

Thank goodness. I don't want Monta Ellis for this team, and especially not at the expense of Bledsoe.

Monta Ellis is good but he is another undersized, 6'3" shooting guard. Do you really want him instead of Bledsoe playing together with Brandon Knight? Bledsoe is over four years younger than Ellis and Knight is almost six years younger. When you compare their stats from this year, Bledsoe and Knight actually had better statistics than him. I would rather keep Bledsoe and re-sign Knight instead of trading Bledsoe for Ellis. And like you guys said, Ellis opted out so he cannot be traded unless it is a sign and trade, which I do not see happening. If the Suns are going to trade Bledsoe, it will not be for another guard. They have far more pressing needs than acquiring another combo guard.

Don't want him either but I was thinking collecting the assets for a bigger trade.

Per Marc Stein, Kevin Love has opted out of his contract and will be a free agent.

We need to keep Bledsoe unless we are somehow getting a star back in a trade, or are getting the 4th pick and can take Porzingis, Russell or Hezonja. I think all three of those guys have a pretty good chance of becoming stars if they continue to work hard.

It would have to be a **** load of picks. Bledsoe is younger with much more upside and already a better 2 way player.

suns aren't trading for Monta. He's a free agent so they could simply sign him if they want him. And they shouldn't want him anyway

Adrian Wojnarowski reporting the Suns will be aggressive in their pursuit of Kevin Love. Pretty obvious. I think everyone here knows that.

So I guess now would be a good time to speculate?

Now of course HE would be the perfect vet for leadership. Don't know if he'd want to come to a rebuilding team even though he has connections to Granger and Warren.

Opt-out sets up Love to sign extension w/ Cavs, but teams want crack at pitching him. Another suitor promising to be aggressive: Phoenix.

I doubt that trade happens with the Knicks, but if it does, I'd still want Porzingis even if they are going after Love. Of course first and foremost, it's a long shot he signs with us, and second, Porzingis could learn from him. There is a good chance Love will only want a one year deal so he can really cash in next summer, but then again, his injury concerns might make him skeptical about doing that and try and lock in a longer deal.
