Booker's only player shooting at 50% out of 8 players so far.

Either we just aren't that good or the team is slowly quitting on Hornacek,

Not sure which is the stranger coincidence for his injury;

Straight after a terrible game and that offensive charge...

Or the game he's playing his brother....

Probably a combination. A freak injury has to come up from higher up than the coach, and I'm guessing the reason Kieff continued to start and play so much was part of what the front office wanted. Finally they came to their senses.

Christ, Marcus is killing us. Theme of the season: former Suns' come back for revenge.

If ya wanna go all in on conspiracies you'd say Kieff refuses to play against his brother so they have to make up an injury for him.

Like I said last night, it's hard to coach players that are not smart.

Not smart, Eric, not smart. Just like Kieff last night, why dribble and not pass?

Looking at tonight's roster.

We have 2 good players and scrubs and rookies.

Be a good result to stay close and pinch it in the 2nd half.

We are not that good without a starting caliber PF and without Chandler. I'm not sure how good people thought we were.

Like I said last night, it's hard to coach players that are not smart.

Tucker is smart, Devin Booker is, TJ Warren is, Teletovic is, Leuer mostly, Chandler for Sure.
Kleff and Bledsoe not so much. Sadly your floor general has most impact.

It's tough to play team ball with 2 ball dominant point/combo guards. Great shooting Booker. Kids got a great stroke!

Not smart or not they and in the NBA and therefore amongst the best players in the world and have enough experience to understand the game to a high level.

Even so, as a coach it's your job to teach your players and ensure they can run your system.

Clearly Hornacek can't do this as he was saying after a loss only a few weeks ago he has veterans who appear not to understand his system which is clearly a failing on his part.

Bledsoe kills us too much. He can be really good, but then sometimes he will barrel into the lane with 3 guys in the paint. Or launch a 25 ft 3 pointer just because he hit one on the previous possession.

Knight doesn't play as smart as he is supposed to be. I don't know how smart Tucker is either. But yes, are smartest with bbiq are 1st and 2nd year players. Hard to be good when that's the case.

Gladly take being down only 4 at the Qtr after our horrendous play.

Love watching Booker play. This bench unit is by far my favourite.
