Its all about moving Len into the 4 spot imo. Once the first win came against MEM, its not hard for Earl to get them to buy in and play harder.

I was looking at our lineup earlier in the game (at the gym, just looking at box score) and thought that our's looked like the better team on paper. Without Gasol, they really don't have much. I mean Conley, an old Randolph, and a bunch of scrubs.
