Bulls fan here -

General concensus I got was trading Bledsoe is a big hell-no. I wouldn't trade Bledsoe either, but if you truly love Kris Dunn at #4 - I'd offer Nikola Mirotic for Brandon Knight. You free up PG minutes, get a stretch 4. Bulls get a starting PG.

I was looking for some forward in return of Knight but you guys are so guard-heavy even with Oladipo's departure. Nicholson is FA right? If not, I'd take him for Knight. If he is FA, then I really don't know. Because I know you guys wouldn't give Fournier.

Yeah Nicholson is a free agent. Yeah I think are front office sees him as a key piece moving forward. Maybe we could get a third team involved.

in the McD podcast on The Vertical, McD flat out denies that any offer involving Bledsoe or Knight was ever made.

Why would we trade either of those guys on the contracts that they are on and still young as hell? Our fan base needs to chill with the trading Knight stuff; before the draft yea, but now? Nah. I'm cool.

Knight is a 24 year old 20 and 5 and 5 guy that shoots 35-37% on three and 87% on FT's. If the guy buys in, he is an definite asset. If he doesn't, the guys are going to kick his little arse!

Yup.... Knight will get every opportunity to prove he's Mcmully's 'Almost an All-Star'. He was hand picked during the Slovenian Rebellion, which apparently still is a touchy subject. 8-)

there was a lot of talk about Eric Bledsoe and at least one of our lottery picks for Gordon Hayward.

there was also talk about a Bledsoe to Minnesota thing. garbage trade IMO.

Knight is terrible player on awful contract. We nned to trade him for trash so we have more cap space to pay Barnes.
