We had a possession in the first where KD guarded nobody. Like he didn't know who he was supposed to guard, and reluctantly / nonchalantly found somebody, then an offensive rebound occurred and both Eubanks and him guarded nobody. KD saw Eubanks and said something to push him further to the right, and then both just stood there for about 7 seconds right next to each other, no Clipper within 12 feet, until one of the 2 players that didn't have a defender within 12 feet of them scored, and then they turned and blamed each other. That is this team's problem. Every single player acts as if their control batteries shut off.

He is missing because he isn't focused on the basket and instead focuses on trying to draw a foul. He then, when he doesn't get the call, is slow to get back on D because he spends the next 5 seconds complaining and then immediately gives the ref an earful on the next dead ball, assuring he won't get the call in the future either. He is not playable if he's going to pout. The times he has been good this year are when he tries on defense (he's still bad on that end when he tries but not apocalypitcally bad) and isn't like this. He has been pouting to refs since Q3 of last game.

He needs a **** spanking.

Worth a shot I guess, but the issue I have is that we aren't attacking the mismatch of Zubac v. whoever on defense. We are going one on one against the players guarding their same position and not driving past Zubac.
