Covington was going to play a boat load anyway as he's the only guy on their team that can shoot 3s. The Simmons/Covington combo would have seen a lot of court time.

Alright, since no one has claimed him, I'm changing back to Emmanuel Mudiay. I think cooler heads have prevailed. Thanks to Kerrsed for being a legend. I'll try my best not not to do this again.

Seriously, all the guys that i have been researching and putting on my list are getting drafted one-by-one this round. Ellis/Mathews/Bradley were all at the top of my list in that order. This is getting crazy. I feel like i need to put some random trash player at the top, just to see if he gets picked.

The FG% scared me off since I already have Oladipo/Batum and I needed a big since I whiffed on Monroe.

It really is a crapshoot

Dude, this is such a baffling pick. I am kind of wondering who you originally picked because it has to be better than Adams. There are plenty of solid players still on board as well as some guys with major upside. Don't get me wrong, Adams is a perfectly fine pick here but he provides you no other valuable stats than what you already have with all your bigs. Monroe is not a bad pick either... just not where you picked him. He is a great player to pair with the Bropez Bros. You went from reaching for him, and people gave you a lot of crap for it I get it, but now you underrate the guy just because you didn't get good value on him.

I agree 100%.

The person who was the original pick was a much better choice and has a much higher upside.

Correct! If the time limit is missed That person gets skipped and can make their pick whenever they log back on.

I'm glad you decided to flip flop away from Adams sunskerr, because that's who I'm taking here.

Mudiay may have more upside but it obviously comes down to need.

I was considering Adams with my next pick not because of what he's done in the past, but because they are talking about him contributing more to the offense, and he had increased his fg% above 60% last year.

But mostly it was because I figured his rebounds and blocks would get a big boost with the absence of Ibaka AND Durant. I don't think Illyasova is going to do much rebounding and Sabonis time will likely be limited. I could see him having a HUGE jump in stats.

Yeah this was my thinking on it. I can see him getting a big boost in production this season.
