Shouldn't we just do an hour on the clock then skip or something since there's a handful left?

We only have 5. Seems like he is usually around. Let me go back and see what he wanted to do to finish it. I'm sure some want to make their picks and don't know they suddenly only have an hour.

I don't see that he agreed to any solution...just brought up that we should get going. I think I emailed him through yahoo over an hour ago but now I'm not sure I did so will again.

Ha it comes full circle :) hes litterally the guy I was hoping to grab when I put Ball on IR. Had I not taken ball he's likely on my roster.

I had to look it up too....15th pick in the draft...Duke C....the next Jahlil Okafor.

Actually they say he could become the next Mitch Robinson.

The hornets have had the off-season from hell and will probably suck this year. I could see them giving him a good amount of minutes later this season. I seriously debated him or Mitchell.

Are we skipping stix so 8on, Desertfox and Quiggz can round out the draft? Also so sunskerr can put it all in there.

It's all in there except those picks. I can finalize is 1 minute after it's finished. Roster moves can be made up until game time tomorrow.

You don't have to set lineups a day ahead.

Maybe, but how good is he? He had 11 and 7 as a soph. WCJ coming out of Duke as a freshman averaged 13, 8, 2, 2 and 1. I think sometimes guys are a little overrated if they went to big schools because they were highly recruited, even if they didn't do much.

I think he will be very raw. But you never know. Cs take a while. Look at that Ayton draft. As much as so many can't stand Ayton, the rest of the C class developed very slowly...and they were all much more highly coveted.

Of course at this point in the draft it's not really much different than picking someone up off waivers for a week and dropping them. Not likely to be helping bigfoot win any championhips or give him someone reliable to stick in for someone else for injury.

Though obviously I may be wrong and he may kill it.

True but I need a young center and after Kessler, he was really my only option. Williams averaged 2.8 blocks for Duke. I definitely had him on my draft list from the beginning. If the Hornets blow he may get decent minutes this season. Also, his free throw shooting is a crap ton better than Plumlee's. That in itself may earn him more minutes.

Well it's only a list of 2. I usually have one well before the time I am up...of at least 2 but usually 3 or 4. No need to give more than 2 though. If it goes 12 hours you will get #1.

Yeah, I guess they haven't had a good C in a while, with Zeller forever and Plumlee who was better in Denver. He's a pretty good passing C though. They play PJ some at C too but may do less of that with Bridges out unless they go Ball/Rozier/Hayward/Oubre/PJ...but they still usually start Plumlee.

I really don't know much about Williams. It seems like Cs unless taken near #1 except in the case of Jokic take a while. But some end up panning out like JV, Adams, Gobert, Robert Williams, Allen, etc. But then a lot of high picks kind of bust too like Okafor, Noel, etc.

Still with the last pick, no risk. Might as well roll the dice. I was going to take a rookie too. A much later pick if Bazley was gone.

And honestly, the fact I had to look him up, I obviously didn't watch him and barely watched any college basketball at all, so he might be way better than I'm guessing.

Last response was before reading that. 9'9 standing reach. Does sound like he will be good for blocks and probably boards. Good finisher too..or at least can dunk it..led ACC in dunks. Our fans would love him.
