Ive been having a bit of fast food on some of my lift days (~3000 calories total) and I feel like **** after I finish. I could never fathom doing what she's doing, which is self destructive and a pillar to glutton and excess.

I love my food, Im sure everyone does. But there is a limit to how much you eat.

I have no problem having a massive breakfast full of goodness if I know I am going to go hard at the gym later. That's fine.

But what she is doing is just disgusting. I read a comment somewhere where someone said "this girl is just an attention-whore, without the bod of a stripper." I cant agree more. Absolute human trash

20,000 calories a day... :o

To put that in perspective

Elite swimmers in training who burn off thousands of calories per day swimming doing high interval, full body exercise, don't even eat that much.

Phelps who competed and won in multiple events ate around 12,000 calories.

I feel terrible for her kids because they won't be having a mom for much longer at this rate, her organs have got to be straining themselves as is.

That's disgusting. How do people like her go to the bathroom without getting it all over themselves? How long does it take her to clean up afterwards? How can she even sit on a toilet? At some point pretty soon, she won't be able to get out of bed and she will just get stuck.

Put in a good day at the gym - Nice leg workout and then hit the court for about 2-3 hrs. People said I got bigger too, so that's nice as well.
