Maybe if we made a few trades before deadline we'd be better but as the way this team's constructed their going to be a fringe .500 team. I expected Len, Weems & Teletovic to be better then what I've seen so far. Bled & Knight have been the bright spots but I already knew they'd be.

I'm still down for 50+. I BELIEVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can't be serious lol

If we finish 50-32 without lineup change I'm going to jump of Talking Sticks Resort building.

As sad as it is to say, it all depends on Kieff. If he can return to form, we have a pretty good starting lineup. I don't know what is up with Len though....he does not look impressive. For those wanting to make the playoffs, thank God we got Chandler, though his offensive game leaves a lot to be desired for.

We will suck if we don't have a good offensive PF.

Lol look at the Clippers box score, specifically how many points 4 of their starters scored

Assuming his two tweets are Suns related, Archie should ask for a trade at this point. Three years into the league and still stuck on the bench. He is not going to get a chance in Phoenix. Seriously how many players have said they do not trust this front office. It is really getting up there. Seems like every player that leaves the Suns says they were promised something that never happened.

Promising players playing time is a move used by college coaches. These are paid pros. I hope our coaching staff is not that weak.

I've been disappointed in Goodwin this season in his limited playing time. He never looks for his own shot and is really passive. I don't know if he completely forgot how to score off dribble or what.

There was a play today where the Suns players basically moved out and gave him the ball to score with shot clock at 9 and he just stood there and then gave it Teletovic for a horrible 3.

I don't think he has any confidence. Its gonna take a new team if he's gonna save his career.

Starting guards 63 - 17 points.

Even Markieff had a good 6 minutes.

Take the W and keep in touch with 8th seed.

letsgosuns wrote:It is only eight games in and he can turn it around but Len looks awful. The worst part is his defense. He has two total blocks in eight games. Last year he had several games where he had 3+ blocks. He had multiple games where had 5-6 blocks. There was a stretch of five games in February last season where he had five straight double digit rebounding games, including three doubles doubles and 17 total blocks. 17 blocks in five games. This season he only has 2 blocks in eight games and both blocks came in the same game. So in seven of eight games, he recorded no blocks. What happened to him?

Tyson Chandler happened to him. Long term he may be helpful to Len's career but now numberswise he definitely hurts him.

Thing about Len is that his offensive moves are really slow. His post up moves are so slow, I feel like those get knocked away so easily all the time by a secondary defender patrolling the area. Len needs to get quicker on those and maybe not post up dribble with your back to the rim for so long.

The Suns ball movement looks so much with Leuer in the game than Kieff or Teletovic.

The ball actually moves from side to side and doesn't just stop once one guy touches it.

What an easy game after Griffin's ejection! It was even funny...what a horrible player is Austin Rivers, Knight and Bledsoe were at their best against him and Prigioni/Crawford.

Great game by Warren too, he runs the floor really hard looking for transition points.

BTW, Bledsoe IS the player that we hoped he could be with experience and work. He is a Top 20 player in the league right now to me, I know that we have only played 8 games, but he has been terrific in every single game. He dominated yesterday in the first half and it seems that he is getting better and better.

Hopefully he is an All Star this year, he deserves it.

and spacing......

They try to post up Kieff way too much and the ball just stops, I don't get how I can see that and they can't. :-?

Hey guys, didn't get a chance to post as I was busy multitasking while watching the game.
First off, Knight and Bledsoe were killing it. I'd really prefer Knight to be hitting his shots like this all the time though. :D
Second, I don't care that the Clippers weren't at full strength. It's a double-edged sword. Had we lost, people would complain that we lost to a depleted team. And even though we won, people are still complaining. What gives? Super thrilled we got the victory.
Third, what happened to Kieff? He get hurt or something? I watched the first couple plays and noticed he was playing like his typical non-interested self, so is that why he didn't play afterwards?

Also I just read the last 5 or 6 pages and I wanna give a shoutout to that Clippers fan that tries to troll whenever we play them. He always shows up just to rub it in but tries to do it in a manner that won't get him banned. Glad he's not around as it's pretty annoying. :P

Markieff has a mild left knee sprain. That was post by Coro at half time.
Markieff Morris (left knee sprain) and Ronnie Price (concussion) will not return. #SunsVsClippers

I was wondering what happened to him. Had we lost he would've been saying "good game, the suns are a fantastic franchise and the future is bright. But the Clippers are just extremely talented, yadda yadda yadda"

The good thing about this win is that it was against a Top 5 team in the league. I don't care if they were playing without two starters...it is a game that we weren't supposed to win even playing at home. At the end of the regular season no one will remember if they played yesterday without CP3 or whatever....
