This could be a really good pick. I think he probably has a better year than some of the people already drafted.

Harrell should really get a chance to break out. Nice pick. And Oubre was my on my roster and was next in line to keep after my 8 keepers. He should be pretty solid as well.

Thanks! Like everyone else I was hoping Mitchell Robinson would be here still. I like his upside if he’s given time but don’t expect much. Oubre I had in one of the leagues last year. He’s super frustrating, but can be good with certain matchups.

Yea, I almost went with Harrell but decided that Hood might have a little more upside/motivation this year. Nice pick

Yeah Harrell's a nice pick - just that FT% scares me a bit for roto. Great DFS option against fast pace teams, he probably ends up starting over Gortat's corpse once the Clips are totally done. Might be sooner rather than later

I guess I'll take Jerami Grant.
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

Man, looking at batsmasher's picks...I had Kennard on my watch list. Wasn't sure if I'd take him, but having taken Mitchell Robinson when I kind of thought I should take him at the beginning of the second round, and then seeing he got Trae Young with his first pick...those can be some fantasy studs..particularly the first two picks, but Kennard could turn into a very nice player too.

This draft really would have been interesting if we had released the players from the abandoned teams into the draft and contracted the league to 13 or 14 teams (can't remember if 2 or 3 dropped out this year). Could be a consideration going forward.

I’m personally pretty happy you guys didn’t... Thought about joining back when you all started but was too busy with life stuff to do another league. Having 16 teams definitely makes it more interesting too.

I like deep leagues, but usually when I run them I customize them to add more spots. It's hard for a team like mine to decide who to draft when it gets late...prospects or win now.

I wouldn't mind if this went 6 rounds and we had an extra roster spot and an extra bench spot. It would be slim pickins on waivers, but it would make good draft choices important. It would be closer to the real NBA....you would be forced to play more players, and carry a bigger bench, and make it harder to find gems, though when the draft came around, keeper selections would likely be a lot tougher and there would be perhaps a more interesting player pool.,,,theoretically it might not change, but it might seem more interesting since 6 players on each team got dropped into the player pool for the draft instead of 4.

I also think we should force all the regulars who are not in fantasy to join a "Never done fantasy before fantasy league" because it's weird that some of our posters who post the most have never done it.....Saberestar, lilfishi, I'mNotMcDISwear (fka cosmofizzo), etc...there are a bunch of others...but maybe not..to each his own...and we did convince jdiddy that one time...

So much funnier if you pay attention to the dates and think about waiting in current drafts.

Yeah I remember. I was in one of the other drafts and keeping tabs on how ridiculous that was.

I like the 16 teamer. Gives it a hardcore dynasty feel that's cool. I worry if it contacted by a couple of teams that early part of the draft would be so skewed towards an advantage especially if it happened in a year with a weak rookie class.

I'd be fine expanding rosters but as you mentioned the waiver wire would so damn thin. It's already thin but at least has some gems. Two of my keepers bogdon and sabonis were wire pickups.
