Here, fixed that for you….
“No bro, I’m completely in the dark. Nobody from Suns staff reached out to me not a single member.”, said James Jones
This thumb twiddler should just go away. He has been right in the middle of all this ****. Someone please do a transaction history of this ineffective clown. We could have coin flipped our way to a better situation.

I hope they do. I know he is in negotiations with some Euro teams, and since he didn't get to be traded to Denver, to pair with Jokic, he's mostly likely heavily favoring being bought out, but I hope he gives the Suns a fair shot, to show them what he can provide, and the Suns, in turn, give him a fair shot to show his full potential, playing alongside Book and Durant. He's proven the level of talent he can bring to an NBA team, but he truly only wants to play for teams that he feels has an actual shot at a championship.
Of course, I'm basing this all on that video that was shared earlier in the thread...it's possible, that a lot of that is just bunk, but it seems to fit reality, so I suspect it's at least close...
If he takes a buyout and they can get some player that might help more this year for the last 30 games - probably the course to go
He is not coming back this summer -the trade was to get closer to getting under the apron this summer

Re: 2024-25 Season Discussion and Speculation Part IV
in the presser last night they asked Grayson what the vibe was like in the locker room after the game. He said it was great and definitely not "toxic". I think they were like "where is Ramona Shelburne getting this?"
It's weird, in general I still like all the Suns players. Though I think KD does have that passive aggressive thing and it rubs off a bit on Book. Book used to yell at teammates more on the floor. I generally think players MAY feel KD (and possibly Book) talk to other team's players (like their olympic teammates, etc) behind their backs about them...but pure speculation.
I bet most of the team is tigher outside of KD and Book, though that Book is still fairly tight with a lot of the guys while KD is a bit more of a loner and does his own thing, but is close with Book and guys like Kyrie and other older stars. But a bit insecure with fans while claiming not to be and trying to blame his teammates a bit.
I still think Beal is a consumate pro, along with Royce, Allen, Tyus, Monte, Plumlee, the rookies and the others I mention. Someone from Charlotte said something about Richards like "he's as dumb as a box of rocks but maybe not the stupidest in the league" so not sure about him, but haven't necessarily been proven otherwise on that take. But still our best C.
Oh how I wish we had a Lively or MIssi. I do feel like Dunn has regressed and would have loved a Missi, Clingan, Edey or maybe some others. But I am generally happy relative to expectations.
One more idea, Kolek is barely playing due to the Knicks depth at PG with Brunson and Payne, along with a starting group that plays lots of minutes, but still is shooting over 39% from 3.
Even though I think it's hard to gauge is play, I think he is a victim of being too far down the roster so I have no reason not to believe what I did during the draft.
So I think with us likely losing Tyus and Monte, maybe we should look into trading for Kolek. It might not take much. I still think he is a smart PG who can shoot, has played with Oso and would be a nice young guy to get.

I need to figure out what more you can do there, but glad to see a number of people are there. Don't know much about it, but much easier to post and discuss things quickly. Was reading some stuff but mainly people should at least bookmark it in case the forum goes down if they want to continue discussion. That earlier invite expires in 7 days so probably better if you would want to go there to accept it and then bookmark the page.
https://discord.gg/syxGs4GQ
You can add side chats for like
Off season, individual games, etc.
I did, so now there is the main one for intros/general, then one for season speculation, one for offseason ideas, one for draft, one for suns or other nba podcasts, one for other sports/Super Bowl and one for Around the NBA.
Nice to see a lot of people have joined. SO much easier to post there, ESPECIALLY from your phone quickly.

Can you smoke drink and curse there? Crap on stupidity or ignorance? You know, the things that used to make this place lively and engaging.

You can definitely curse. We could also probably put games up on there, etc, along with a lot of other stuff. I don't know all the functionality but much quicker for chatting and MUCH easier if you want to post quickly from your phone. I NEVER use the phone for realgm.

I wonder if Portland will try to keep Ayton or if Charlotte after trading their two injury prone Cs will. Ayton with Ball would be pretty interesting.

Also you should pin a quick tutorial on how to change your user name for that specific lobby. That way they can change their name to the realgm handles

OK, I'll look for that. I signed up as bwgood77. I had a previous account from long ago but used a different email. But I just went to profile to add avatar and I think you can change the username there.

I guess you can share your screen too if you have a stream or we could watch a podcast together or whatever. I mean I always saw discords on the side of streams I'd pull up, but that would be interesting too.

There's a less than zero chance this happens and about a zero chance it's even considered. Come on, man. This isn't even sensible.thamadkant wrote:Suns should contact Bucks for a KD Giannis swap. I think Giannis' frustration will hit peak once Bucks gets eliminated first round this season. He'd want to leave and dictate to go to Lakers, who is priming Lebron's retirement to pair Giannis and Luka.
Well throw a spanner in that plan and get Giannis to pair with Booker and Beal, if Suns are really keen on trying to compete.
Maybe add the two first rounders Suns got recently to sweeten it.
You've had your tokes. It's time to pass that thing.

Lots of great games today.
Mavs at Rockets early in the day, Lakers (maybe with Luka) vs Pacers, Thunder at Grizzlies, Celtics at Knicks, us vs Denver, and even Portland at Minnesota might be good given how hot Portland is.

If I pulled up League Pass on my laptop and did screen sharing on discord, would that enable us to watch the game on there and chat on the side?
Edit: not sure how. Looks like it may cost money to do that.

Yea you can create a separate room or lobby and then people can join and watch and chat.

This is wrong. If anything it’s Booker who’s a loner and only wants to be friends with KD.
KD is cool with everyone from the superstars to the 2way contract guys.

What's also incorrect is that reaction to Grayson's answer. Im not sure what they'd expect him to say? I mean even if the locker room WAS awful and chemistry WAS off....he isnt gonna say that.
