Will we extend Bridges or will Sarver not pay 4 players big money for 1 or 2 years?

Yes, we extend him or at least match any offer as he is part of core

Would you consider any of these three trades this offseason?

1- Phoenix/ Dallas.
Saric for Kleber. Or perhaps even Saric and 29th pick for Kleber and Tyrell Terry.

2- Phoenix/ Boston.
Saric for Thompson and the 45th pick. ( We keep the 29th pick as well.

3- Phoenix/ Toronto ( 2 variations).

A- Saric for Baynes and the 46th pick.
B- Saric for Hood and the 46th pick.

** Any of Thompson/ Hood/ Baynes contracts are also only two yrs to Sarics' 3 yrs. So they'd conveniently expire the same time as Paul's contract expires, And both Aytons' and Bridges extensions come due! Additionally, We could use those picks to address our needs at backup guard and backup center on really cheap cost controlled contracts ( 4 yrs). This would allow us greater cap flexibility to devote to our core starters! And any of Kleber,
Thompson or Baynes would address our rebounding and post defensive issues in comparison to Saric. And Hood alternatively could add a skilled veteran shot creator with size.

I'm still not ready to give up on Saric. Bubble Saric is 6th man of the year candidate.

Let's hope he pulls out of this bizarre funk and really puts up solid consistency! Not just for his perceived value contractually but for his much needed contribution on the court that will provide the critical frontcourt depth we'll need to continue our playoff rise! I for my part do still hope that he can break out of his funk, But also will be contingency planning for both potential outcomes.

This is a little deceiving because the suns get a boost because all 6 of the other teams have at least some chance of not advancing to the next round so that depresses their title odds. Once all 4 series are done those odds will move.

So if you're a suns futures better I'd wait a few days before placing that wager.

I see what's out there first. I won't sell him just to sell him. Not giving up assets. But if we can find a piece to get a better fit (allowing Smith more PT), I'm open to it.

It didn't take long for Booker's representatives at CAA to find Nick McKellar, a lifelong Suns fan who now lives in Denver. Booker and the Suns are going to send McKellar a signed Booker jersey and provide him tickets to a conference finals game, both Booker's reps at CAA and McKellar told ESPN.

Yeah, rewarding a guy with conference finals tickets because he beat the crap out of a guy....not sure about that. Sure I guess he was hit first...and you can say self defense, though he did pretty much immediately go on the offensive once he grabbed his head.

Anyway, it is what it is I guess.

These are pretty meaningless until it gets down to 4 teams. Odds are split now between teams playing each other.

I think the Jazz are a good pick with those odds. I'd say us if I knew Paul would be back but would still wait to bet since our odds will be worse to win but better to bet on when it's down to 4 teams.

But for now the Jazz at over double the odds with Kawhi out, Conley coming back soon, HCA in the next round and CP3 probably missing some games? Then a banged up Nets team, banged up Embiid or the Hawks? That's a solid bet at 6/1.

Of course the Jazz are down though and would have to win the next one on the road. Won't be surprised if they kill the Clips though. George had a monster game. Even if he just has a pretty good game, Utah will likely win...and if/when they get Conley back they will get much better.

It's strange that the Jazz are heavier favorites than the Clips, despite being down in the series now with home court coming next.

Scott Brooks out in DC

Stan Van Gundy - out in the Big Easy and it seems Zion's family wants him out

Both Donnie Nelson and now Rick CArlisle,e - out in DAllas - Carlisle resigned. Also reading the Athletic - there is a guy hired by Cuban that might be causing problems . Possibly also issues with Doncic and Carlisle. Drama with a Capital D in Big D

My guess, Carlisle is going to end up in Boston.

Did you guys see the other angle where the Nuggets fan instigated the whole thing? Dumped a beer on his head, got into a shoving match and could have ended it there, but the douchebag Nuggets fan tried to get that sucker punch in.

I'm glad Booker rewarded the guy, I'm not Gandi and I believe that Nuggets fan deserved a harder beating than that. It even seems like other Nuggets fans were cheering on the Suns fan and rightfully so.

*edit*
He did an interview with Barstool a couple days ago too, where he talks about the whole thing. Starts around the 37 minute mark.

In a way it's cool that he does because the whole thing didn't seem like his fault and he kind of represents this teams hype but on the other hand if you look at the big picture, it's just not a good look to be rewarded by violence.

IDK man... imagine someone pouring a beer on your head, and then getting into a shoving match. Suns fan looked like he even tried to defuse the situation but then here comes a sucker punch. What are you supposed to do that that point?

I think Booker wasn't trying to let the info get out there that he was rewarding him, I think that was probably leaked.

Well, my guess is the oddsmakers/bettors feel that the Jazz may still have about as equal or almost as equal of a chance of winning, BUT, if they advanced they'd have a much better chance at winning the conference finals and finals since they are healthy and would have HCA the whole way. The Clips they probably feel have little chance of winning more than one series, and 2 at the most if Kawhi is out.

I'm just shocked we haven't seen any 'actually suns in 4 guy is a creep or something' with old tweets or an arrest record. That seems to happen every time there's some rando getting 5 minutes of fame on the internet.
