Ayton 18/12/3 playing with intensity.

Finally... our BIG 3.

Only 12 rebounds? That doesn’t even sound right I thought he had like 20 from watching the game and maybe 10 alone on the offense end.

I remember looking late in third Q at boxscore Ayton had 16 points and just 4 rebounds after that 2 points & 8 reb in 4th/ot.

He had 7 offensive boards.

He did not get too many defensive rebounds because he was boxing out Gobert or Favors.

He did a terrific job on the boards, he is one of the best in the league for sure.

For sure, Gobert delayed the game about as long as he delayed the last season.

he woulda slit his own wrist if it bought him 60 seconds.

I cant stop laughing at this post. Maybe cause I've been suicidal/depressed the past decade or cause it was extremely hilarious. Not quite sure, just rt found it funny.

And this definitely won’t be a popular opinion I’m sure but I’d rest every starter except for Bridges for tomorrow’s game. Mostly Book/CP3/Ayton. They all played 41+ mins.

But especially CP3. He’s 35 yrs old and I feel like it’s not worth playing him on dead legs tomorrow and risking injury.

Ayton same amount of offensive rebounds as Utah, I'd guess all of them contested.

Even our home court score keepers are biased.

Weird how Ayton barely skimmed the back of his head with his fingertips and Rudy hits the ground and lays there face down like a GTA5 NPC who got shot. Acts all hurt and dizzy getting up, but starts laughing about it before he even gets off the court. Medical team is giving him a concussion test and he is just laughing about it. Cleared real quick to come back in.

I mean if a guy is laying face down for more than 30 seconds not moving and gets up dizzily i would expect a catscan would be needed to clear him if he was hurt that bad. But nope, once he saw they didnt call the foul and his acting didnt cause the refs to review the footage he made a miraculous recovery and was back in the game.

After this win I feel extremely confident at least 80% that we finish top 2 team in our conference. If we lost and lost again to Clippers we could've fallen to 4th/5th seed in a week or two.

Bridges with 0 points off a single shot attempt. Yeah yeah foul trouble, but that just happened when he picked up back-to-back fouls within the first few minutes of the 3rd.

Got to also give credit to Craig. Dude come here for cash considerations and is thrown into the thick of things and had preformed phenomenal. Plays solid D, great hustle, and hit a few timely 3's for us when everyone else seemed to be coming up dry.

Booker Booker Booker. 3 point shot wasnt there early, loved that he didnt press the issue too much. Head down and take it to the rim. We really needed that.

Jazz having to play O’Neal to deal with Booker allowed CP3 to rest on defense by guarding O’Neal. Allowed him to maintain that elite energy level late.

it's tricky because Utah also plays tomorrow, and as you know they played an OT game tonight too. Do we risk them picking up the game back on us if they beat Portland? I am not convinced they lose 3 games in a row especially after tonight and I think we gotta take our opportunity to really catch them
