Two possibilities

1) Coach Hornacek is dumb enough to give the game-winning shot to PJ Tucker on a post-up play
2) PJ Tucker's shot was the unintended result of a play that broke down

I'll take option 2, 9 times out of 10. I know you guys hate Hornacek but maybe think about it a little bit.

If the postgame comments reveal that the play WAS Tucker on a post-up, then for sure, WTF was Coach thinking? Let's see if he says anything about it.

Yeah it was a pretty reactionary post from me in the heat of the moment.

Most likely, like you said, the play broke down and PJ had to improvise.. pretty terrible spacing though, which makes me think it probably wasnt the play intended.

You got me.

My guess was the play was intended for markieff and he did have good position on a smaller guy, he just made the shot more difficult than it had to be (typical Morrie fadaway) and that was that

TJ played well in his minutes and he should have gotten more. He was a breath of fresh air out there.

Yea we nailed a buzzer beater. Kieff was on fire all night long and Green hit the 3pter at the buzzer to win.

Don't read the posts in here or read the score or go on any basketball related websites, it will ruin the game.

Rewatch it if you recorded it or on League Pass or something :D

At least SSOL era Suns had a prolific system that executed to a tee with the personenl to boot . We need to give it up already and find a new identity

Maybe in the offseason we could hire Spurs assistant coach like the Hawks did and might play like a team for a change. I mean they must have hundreds of assistants so taking one more from them won't hurt.

Bledsoe's newborn had a higher shooting percentage than Keef.

It's amazing we were so close to a win in this game with 36% shooting from the field and 18% from 3. Kieff 3-20. Props to Hornacek figuring a way to keep this game close despite that and missing two of our most important players.

For a while there, Bledsoe's newborn's APGAR score was higher than Kieff's FG% for this game

Against a 17 win Kings team that was playing on the second night of a back to back without Darren Collison and Rudy Gay.

Ty Corbin just out coached Jeff Hornacek. TY f***ing Corbin.
