With my last pick I'll take Jordan Farmar.

And since the draft is over I'd also like Matt Bonner and Brian Scalabrine!!!

In that case, Thunder will select Marquis Daniels and David Anderson to fill out the roster.

The Minnesota Timberwolves select Jarvis Varnado

EDIT:Since he is playing in Italy, what are the rules on how much he get's paid?
SHAZAM!

Suns traded Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder and 4 1st round picks and a swap so some Vegas Bookies would like us.

I believe it is league minimum. Which depends on how many years experience they have. (see page 1 of this thread.)

I plan on using Scalabrine and Bonner strictly for inflicting physical harm on opposing players in a hope to cause the opposing bench to clear, ejecting/suspending key players so I have a chance of winning.

^ Too soon?

Anthony Carter can be a good veteran mentor on the team.
Sundiata Gaines is clutch and has that role-player potential in him.
Reggie Evans exists solely because he's willing to do dirty work, and by dirty I mean balls-grabbing dirty.
Brain Scalabrine and Matt Bonner to inflict "physical harm"? Come on.

the Bobcats select Tony Battie and Josh Powell

Battie is a big defensive specialist who can also grab some rebounds and knock down mid-range jumpers. I just love his experience and defense.

Josh Powell is a hard worker and good rebounder. There's a reason the Lakers had him as their 4th big man behind Gaysol, Bynum and Odom.

I still have one roster spot left

I choose Sasha Vujacic.

Just kidding.

P.S: Josh Boone is supposed to be the Rocket's 377th pick, but at the moment it says "skipped." Do you mind changing it to avoide confusion? Thanks.

Free agency is upon us

Some people started picking up players already but to make it fair and not just a fastest finger thing, we're gonna do this:

-You can only sign one free agent per day.
-Free agents who in real life are under contract, their real life contract prevails.
-If the free agent isn't signed in real life, they can be assigned a minimum salary.

Unless otherwise specified, we'll assume that people who named multiple names would like to take the first one they mentioned today. You can change your first pickup though since I just announced the final rules, whether you wanted one of your other choices first or didn't realize we were doing real salaries and got someone expensive.

I'm not gonna steal anyone's players though :D

The Pistons would like to announce the free agent signing of veteran SG/SF Jerry Stackhouse.

He's not retired and the Bucks are still on the hook for his salary, which is all of $854,389. Great deal for us since it's a minimum contract and a guy who we will use as insurance, who could play big minutes if called upon.
